   More of a kiwi-mexican blend to the restaurant with more influences than just classic Mexican food. Coming here on a Tuesday for their $6 per taco is a great deal and excellent value for money. 4 tacos gets you well fed for only $24. My personal favourite was the Falda y Queso. The beef and cream cheese combo was excellent. The chicken and the prawn & chorizo ones were a little too bland for my liking. I had to put some Salsa on to really wake it up. However the chicken was nice and tender.

   The tacos here lean more “creative” than traditional, but unfortunately the flavors don’t land. I ordered the Duck Tacos, and they just didn’t taste good. The guacamole was also underwhelming and really needed more lime. The only thing I can somewhat recommend is the Wings with Rattlesnake Sauce.

   Went here on Sunday night for the first time and enjoyed the food so much we came back the following Tuesday, Taco Tuesday with all tacos $6 each! I highly recommend the Carnitas, Doble Loco and Falda Y Queso. And the drinks are good too! My wife is vegetarian and had the Halloumi and Coliflor which she enjoyed. I definitely recommend this place and will be back!

   I was here for dinner last night, and I loved it so much I came back for lunch today. Nachos are superb, and the guacamole is outstanding. Great homemade chips. Lovely service and good prices. A winner! And a stunning view of the mountains from my table :)

   Went here twice. It's always packed, I recommend making a booking early even if it's in the middle of the week - surprising. The food was fantastic, I enjoyed the fish tacos which I had the first time. Recommended for this place - grab a beer and finger food to share. Then order 4 random tacos each which will be enough. Will be back in the near future, really like this place

   Great spot for some delicious Mexican food if you are looking for a different vibe than the restaurants along the waterfront! We ordered the fried chicken and baja fish taco as well as the fajitas - the fajitas were the highlight. The tacos were delicious also but in my opinion it’s slightly overpriced for what you get. We also got a couple of drinks and they were really nice!

   Booked here as we felt like Mexican. We love the amigos in Dunedin but this one was a fantastic experience - busy and our drinks came so fast. Our orders were taken fast and we were checked for more drinks during our meal. My partner ordered the chicken salad and I got the fried chicken tacos - my chicken was a little overdone but still good (not a fussy eater - so I don't usually send something back unless I really can't consume it). Great spot. Only advice would be to train your waitresses to double check their customers' orders (ours got ours right but I wasn't certain he did at the time). Would come back (:
