“I see the modest rating on this place and I have to intervene. This is among the best Thai food that I have eaten in New Zealand and in my travels in the world. The curry gravies are rich and thick and full of flavor. The rice is perfectly done. The roti is perfectly done. I've been able to taste several dishes because I've had an extended stay in this area, and also many people staying here with me have also returned again and again to this restaurant. A+++, I have to really highly recommend this restaurant. It is excellent.”

Foods are extremely authentic and the spicy dish salad are Thai spicy so make sure you are use to hot hot chili otherwise go for mild or no chili option. I loved the green curry and few other dishes. “My first visit for Teppanyaki. We tried the all you can eat option. Though this menu is more simple foods in an all you can eat style, it didn't disappoint. The entree board with sushi and chicken was particularly enjoyable given the fresh and crisp contrasts. They have a Japanese version of an espresso martini with Baileys which was very good.”

The eggs bennie was superb, eggs perfectly runny and a good quantity of delicious bacon (ordered with a side of delightful crispy hashbrowns). The flat white was a perfect flavoured shot and served hot. The staff were also friendly and efficient. I came during early morning as the cafe opens at 7 am, it was a quiet spot where I could enjoy my own company. Wheelchair accessible although the tables can be a tight squeeze to get past in one. Plus an outdoor area perfect for those hot summer days. Free parking lot available but be mindful to park in areas labelled cafe.”
