The Cajun and sweet Chilli burger wasn't the best definitely not worth the trip from town. I've had better burgers from a fish n chip shop. That david was really rude too made my female friend feel uncomfortable when we went there

We dropped in for a feed but it was chocks and headed for a long wait. However, the drinks were great and the hospitality as expected in New Zealand. Thanks. We will pop back.!
A good bar with friendly staff and good food. Nice terrace at the back. Just spoiled by being over some really smelly bins, we had to go inside because of the smell. Apart from that it's really good.

My partner was disappointed as he felt the fish was old as tasted odd. 20 bucks for a half serve. Expensive.He didn't eat all of it as he didn't want to risk getting sick. Chips were fine. The dark beer I had was good. The whole place needs a good scrub. Felt unclean. Would not recommend.
Nice high street pub with excellent Guinness. We went in at lunchtime to eat and went with the seafood chowder which was slightly spicy and delicious.
Good food and great service. Fairly cheap as well, got free gravy with the chips
Great old pub. Outside deck with (limited) views over the harbour. Good range of beers, but limited food options (bad timing on my part). Just watch out for the seagulls!
We popped in for a quick drink and were delighted with the friendly atmosphere and good view from out the back terrace.
