The staff are Fantastic. Produce is displayed well. The selection of fruits and vegetables choices are many. They also carry spices, biscuits, snacks, cheeses, bread, and milk.

Fav vege shop to shop at by far, I bought $77 worth of groceries the other day and it worked out to be half price compared to big supermarkets!! For the same quality / if not better! They do $3 buckets of veges getting close to there expired date and these buckets are the best deal in town, I just got 7 brocolis for $3!!

Around the corner at Vegeland, the staff are so friendly and helpful and offer to help if I have my baby, at Veges Direct today, the cashier accused me of going to steal a basket because I asked if I could use it to go the car as I had my baby in one arm and couldn’t carry a box and my baby. Argued with me about people stealing baskets even though I assured her I definitely didn’t want her basket. I’m sure there are people who take baskets but let’s not treat all customers like criminals, especially if they are just quickly trying to juggle shopping and babies.
Poor quality veges and fruits with staff more concerned with closing the store half an hour early and chatting about their personal lives than providing any kind of customer service. My elderly father asked for a bag for some loose radishes, as the rolls had not been restocked, and with 3 staff standing chatting doing nothing stated rudely, find a roll of bags, which we only found outside the store. Extremely disappointing service, don't waste your time and money here.
