“The staff here are amazing! Went in yesterday, it was intensely busy and they were handling it like the pro's they are. I hope you all get paid well for your work because damn, you were good. Customers get so agitated when it's that busy, they want to get served straight away & patience is not their strong points but you all were juggling it all with such grace. “It’s an iconic brand with excellent selection of clothing for all both ladies and gentlemen. I found huge variety of hoodies and jackets with subtle and vibrant colours. The specials were great and I got a few items at a bargain. The try rooms are clean and tidy partially because they open the room when you want to try and keep cleaning it up. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Rather than just saying they don’t have stock of any specific items they actually first check it. Since it’s in a mall parking is available but it’s a mission to find one on a weekend. Good luck shopping.”

We had a good chat about choosing the right colours to wear. Gave me a few tips on how to find out, instead of telling me what I wanted to hear. Made me sad that I was the only customer who had been nice to her all day. Come on people! Be kind! Would you like someone being unkind to a member of your family? Think about it. These lady’s (and gentlemen) work incredibly hard. The store is immaculate, the changing rooms are spotless and the best lighting I have ever experienced. Thank you also to the lady (didn’t get her name) who gave me a refund on an item. It was a seamless procedure. I Ended up purchasing another item in the end!! “I don’t know his name but the store assistant working in the Queen Street location was my life saver today. He noticed as soon as I entered the store the heavy textbooks I was carrying and straight away offered me a bag to put them in, he has a hilarious humor too!! He was so helpful with finding the right shoe size for me, I went into Hype to buy a new pair of shoes as the boots I was wearing were giving me real bad blisters. He was so patient with me and super understanding. He’s a real superstar! I hope he gets promoted to a higher position, he deserves it!!
