   I'm honestly not surprised by the reviews at all. I was here on Saturday 27/09. There was a young guy and a young Asian girl at the counter. I walked in, went straight to look at the one specific thing I was looking for. No one greeted or came asking if I needed any help. I went to the counter to ask if they had what I was looking for. Later, I could see the young man was doing everything (running back and forth between the store and the stockroom, checking stocks on the computer screen, RUNNING out of the stockroom to the counter to answer a phone call), all while the young girl was just standing behind the counter doing nothing. Another taller guy later came out of the stockroom and just stood behind the counter. I feel bad for the young man doing everything.. who wants to work in a shift/job with colleagues that don't pull their weights? This place would benefit from more staff training

   Most disappointing service at Newmarket Adidas today. The young woman that served me was clearly pained when I asked for help to try on a pair of shoes, and showed little interest in what I was looking for. As the store was empty, I was surprised by the lack of interest in making a sale. This is not the first time that I have gone in there to try on shoes, but been ignored. Out of frustration, I left and went to a different sports retailer and received outstanding service. As far as feedback goes, it would do the team at the store good to work on changing their customer experience.

   came into the store 2 days ago, possibly worst customer service ever, was not greeted was not asked if needed any help was the only person in the store one girl was sitting on the back bench and one guy was leaning against the racks, I asked one question about the colour of a shirt..tried to reach the right size but couldn't was hoping they would see me or offer assistance but nothing...so I gave up n walked.. dont usually complain but wasn't sure who send the complaint too.sorry but sorry

   Zero customer service for online orders. I am trying to return shoes and have been on hold for three weeks! Why have a phone number no one answers!! It’s to the point where it’s infuriating!

   Avoid. Same experience as everyone else posting. Zero customer service for online orders. Trainers never delivered. Impossible to get hold of Adidas or the courier company to find out where they are. Hours of fustration. Local stores say nothing to do with them despite being part of Adidas. Go figure.

   When in with my wife and stood next to front counter on a Monday at arond 11am. Was ignored for 5 minutes as other customers came and went. Not sure what we did wrong. Query took 30 seconds to resolve once we were attended.

   Awesome friendly staff that went above and beyond for my son when we came in to see The All Blacks for the recent jersey launch. We were unfortunately late (love Auckland traffic)we got there just as they were packing up my son was guttered he couldn't get his number printed BUT they unpacked the printing machine and gave my boy his chosen number 8 on the back of his jersey. May seem like nothing to some people but it meant so much to my son and I as we are going through some personal things atm that is wearing heavy on his sweet little heart and that made his day he felt like a VIP. He's still buzzing !! Thanks so much to the New Market team you guys and the AB's made it a morning my son and I will never forget ❤
