   I understand why this store always seems so empty now. Went in on a late night and walked into the store and literally no one was there, they had left the shop floor completely empty. Eventually there is a hello from the backroom and three girls came from out back. They walked to the counter and continued having a chat and completely ignoring us. Don't see the point of have three staff members on if all of them seem to have nothing better to do than chat and ignore customers. Walked out due to the complete lack of service, don't plan to come back either.

   Staff here don't seem to have proper management or training in customer service. Completely ignored when visiting the store.

   No stars for this store! The grumpy old lady has no customer service at all. Not buying anything, Swift to the mega store instead! No wonder why this store is like a ghost store comparing to the other stores.

   Wanted to make a purchase. An older woman working there noticed I was waiting but continued putting things on shelves. I was blatantly ignored and then she said 'wont be long' but continued taking forever to do a task that could have waited. I had a grizzly baby with me. The woman needs to improve on customer prioritizing. Safe to say I did not make the purchase. Absolutely sour woman.

   I really love to go to this shop specially when the Asian sales man is there. I don't know I have write the review for him before or not, I haven't seen such a perfect sales person. Westgate shop defenately must be proud of having him, everytime is helpful and so souch positive. Well done

   I solely shop at Cotton on kids for both my children, generally at the Albany Westfield branch. Usually assisted by friendly staff members but to my disgust, over the weekend I was faced with an abruptly aggravated, emotionally unstable young girl who was extremely rude and over the top dramatic. I urge the manager to get hold of me as she told me to report her (with her don't care, entitled attitude) as this type of behavior in front of so many customers is not a good front for the company. I will not step foot into your branch again.

   Awesome new store, heaps store space compare to other smaller ones such as St Lukes. Good range of selections and always discounts on. Better quality than T and T and Warehouse but not that much more expensive. Recommending a visit.
