   Can I give 0 star? Very disappointed with the service. I bought a pair of shoes in April, and they started having issues not long after. I’ve messaged and called multiple times, but no one has replied or picked up the phone. Even a simple response to say you can’t help would be better than complete silence. This experience has been really frustrating and unprofessional.

   My sister uses a mobility device. Yesterday she was in mall walking, but feel sick later. She tell to me that a young man from this store sat her down to give her water and a nice conversation. I have not shop here before but I'm very appreciated his efforts.

   It was a terrible experience. Even though the store was not crowded, they wouldn't let us in, creating a fake queue. They made us scan the staff's code at the entrance to help them meet their KPIs. Some people were even allowed to cut in line. I had to wait for 40 minutes at the door on a weekday. To make matters worse, after buying a lot of items, the staff asked to add me on WeChat to notify me of new arrivals. However, she never accepted my friend request.

   We bought boots from here, and the zipper broke. So we gave it to the store to fix. But for seven months, I have went there and asked about when it would be done, first they said it was at Singapore, then in Italy. They kept saying that it’s on its way there, but it shouldn’t even take seven months for it to get there, fix it, and get it back. Throughout the seven months I have tried to contact a lot of their workers but none of them have replied.

   Another awesome store at Westfield New Market. Big difference here, other than the beautiful clothes/shoes/bags/jewelry everywhere you look, was the service we received from Rose. She was delightful to deal with from the time we arrived, till the time we returned to complete our purchase. Cath loves that bag, thank you Rose!
