We were helped by handsome Shayne at 170 Queen Street in Auckland Central (b4 the fire); and, for 2 days Shayne helped us with our 3 Grandsons of our Hearts with their Christmas presents, plus a handsome AllBlacks shirt for my honey aka GrandPa, and our 3 male tenants (more surprises) WoW. We had a great time with Shayne and his colleagues. Our first time, not the last, in beautiful Auckland, the Waldorf St Martin, and the fantastic people of Grafton Auckland!!”

Recently I visited few times and found Sera very helpful. She greeted me with a warm welcome and lovely smile and asked if I need any help. While I was trying different shoes she recommended me few other designes that would fit me nicely. She made sure I was not pressured to buy just any shoes. “Excellent experience at St Luke's Hannah's today. I had tried a shoe at a different branch but they didnt have my size. I phoned St Luke's and they put 2 pairs aside for me to try. When I arrived the shoes were ready and waiting and it made for a quick and easy purchase. The salesman was very friendly & helpful. There was also a larger selection of shoes than the other branch.”

I've been struggling with trying to fix or replace a worn Prada bag strap, but the team managed to find me a replacement Prada strap of exactly the same colour and even had extra holes put in. I came into the store to get a better sense of hiking shoe sizing after buying some Merrells elsewhere and being uncertain if I'd got the correct size. Deidre was incredibly helpful, helped me try on some different sizing and width options to really get a good sense of what worked for my foot. She knew her stuff too so had great tips, despite my not having purchased shoes there. I'm going to be returning my shoes for a different Merrell option that works for foot but wished I had come here first. Deidre, thank you so much! Next time I'll come straight to you.”
