Kev really set the bar for BEST employee of 2025, BEST vibes and BEST customer service experience. 10’s across the board. We definitely need more people like Kev in the retail industry.
I recently visited the store , and unfortunately, my experience was not great. When I entered the store, it felt like the staff didn’t really care about the customers, regardless of how much they were spending. The lack of attention and warmth from the staff was quite off-putting, and it affected my overall experience. I hope the store can improve its customer service in the future, as a more welcoming atmosphere would make a big difference.

Poor customer service. Busy in closing at 8.00pm, when the mall closes at 9.00pm. My daughter wanted to buy a jeans and the trial rooms locked at 8.15pm, even after she saw us wanting to try the jeans before purchase. Spent $100 at Jay Jays, could have been your store.
After so many phone calls to the store, I had to go in store to check if they had my daughters jumpsuit size which I wanted to get changed. Upon telling staff nobody is answering the phone, she very casually said the website phone number needs to be changed and all other stores are aware of it. Before heading to store, I called Lynnmall n Onehanga branch to see if anyone would be able to help me know if St Lukes does have stock on hand, and nobody even mentioned, their phone number has changed. Customer service at St Lukes was very unapologetic.
Agreed that this is one of the more packed Cotton On stores as many items are displayed on the same stack, but it's understandable considering how the size of Cotton On's range of clothing + accessories + shoes. For the best Cotton On experience I'd recommend the Mega stores. I had a click and collect experience here and it went smoothly and the staff were friendly.
The store was full of clothing i would say very compact. Clothes on the rack was full to the max so a bit difficult to look for sizes So had to pull a few of them off the rack to have a better look. So wheel chair accessible would not suit. I like their style for men and affordable prices as well.
