“We would like to thank one of the doctors at this clinic Dr Ravi Naran for his incredible support and medical expertise demonstrated during an incident that took place at a recent football match. His quick thinking, calmness and obvious medical ability helped save a player who suffered a heart attack during the game. He provided leadership, direction and clear instruction to the group providing life saving first aid, and ultimately through his direct actions saved the life of our player. An amazing professional, and without his quick reactions the situation would have been completely different. Unfortunately due to distance we are unable to be patients at his clinic, but have no doubt he would be an amazing GP and someone who will undoubtedly be a great doctor for those in his district.”

“Very impressed by the service so far. I called at 3pm in the afternoon, and the lovely receptionist apologised that the earliest they could see me was 8:30am the next day! (I'd been experiencing 3-4 week waits, or hours at the walk in, only to be treated poorly and spoken down to at my previous clinic.) I was seen straight away the next day, tests taken, spoke to the nurse about my asthma meds while I was there too. I felt repected and listened to by everyone I came in contact with, this shouldn't be a breath of fresh air, but after the last few experiences with doctors, it definitely was!”

“This is my favourite clinic, not as busy as the main centre in Silverdale. Last year my long serving GP Rebekah Thompson has left. So greatful for her exceptional care, but her replacement Paul Kim is proving to be equally capable. Finally about the comments made about the receptionist: I did not find her " unfriendly". She does her job well.”

“Dr Sheelagh James saved my husband's life by requesting tests early on when symptoms were still undetectable. Dr John McCartie is my doctor and he is kind and thorough. I've also seen Dr Glenn Neo and Dr Victor Ji and they are both fabulous. Everyone really cares. The patient portal works well and wait times are usually not too bad either.”

“I went for my X-ray and ultrasound tests today (28th July 2025) at around 10:40 AM. I was warmly greeted at the reception with a lovely smile, which I really appreciated. I would especially like to express my gratitude to the Sikh Doctor (apologies if I’ve described this incorrectly, as I unfortunately forgot to ask his name). He was remarkable—very kind and an exceptionally good listener. I also had a great experience during the Doctor at ultrasound. So, thank you to the entire AXS team—especially the X-ray technician. Reception is always warm and friendly and they’ll always do their best to find an appointment for you as soon as possible. After miserable experiences at other practices, I will go out of my way to stay enrolled here!”

“So very thankful for my dental work done today. Very lovely dentist and assistant. Very comforting throughout. Going to the dentist makes me anxious but they were really good and made me feel calm. Didn't hurt like it usually does at other practices either. Also didn't have the usual gasps and overeactions other dentists have given me in the past over the state of my teeth - absolutely no judgement. Price was extremely good as well, couldn't quite believe it. Very relieved and thankful to have found this place, honestly was blown away, the whole package - highly recommend.”
