   I am serious injury be destroyed nasal ... long life time ..., ...horrible body, ...; I need serious disability title, horrible body,.. medical system with patient gap , medical system wrong to us , when the society and people not understand us , the medical system not give us right title, I am disagree the doctor write, it's another.... I should be put disability title, but the doctor not put me disability title, put me full time job seeker benefit , it's really not ok, my life because this nose nasal be destroyed , ... It's not ok My nasal be illegal cauterizate nasal concha be destroyed the organ be destroyed...whole nasal be destroyed then...and surgery operation worse .... I should be gave disability for my life and rest life , I am victim from medical system,

   Used the online chat to message my GP about filling in a form, to which he replied saying yes. Later on received a bill for $70 for filling out the form (as advertised on the website, fair enough), plus $70 for an “online consultation”. Ridiculous that sending one message costs $70!

   I and my late husband had been patients with the Ponsonby Medical Centre since the early 1980s. Today I called to refill a script as I had done many times previously. The receptionist ( not the lovely and efficient Jaquie ) was shockingly aggressive and totally unwilling to explain things calmly she just kept repeating herself as if I was deaf or mute. I have today moved on to a new Dr and Medical Centre and requested my files be transferred over. I will miss Dr Paula Weadon who has taken care of me with total dedication and professionalism over the years but today’s experience left me realing.

   I have been going to Ponsonby Medical Centre for nearly 30 yrs. They are friendly, professional and very supportive. They do have a waiting list to join and it can sometimes take a day or two to get an appointment but I would rather wait and see them than go somewhere else.

   The only reason not 5 star is because of super expensive pricing. Otherwise they're good doctors, I went here for 19 years and jaqui the receptionist was always friendly.

   Went there this morning for a very bad back pain as the White cross on ponsonby road is now gone so I thought I'd try it . The receptionist looked very displeased and said we don't do walk ins and you don't look like someone that has health insurance and sent me packing I guess I won't be going there again .
