   Dr. Samin has been our family GP for nearly 20 yrs now. He is kind understanding and truly listens to his patients.He is also quite knowledgable and communicates well. I probably won’t be able to find a GP like him who truly cares and doesn't rush u into consultations. He also listens to ur input as a patient. I agree with the rest of the comments here. The former receptionist ( Indian lady) was sooo rude and reported to Doc Samin many times. I almost left that practice for the pain of dealing w/ her but my preference to Dr.Samin over some person in the reception outweighs my decision to stay. Thank God she’s gone and their new receptionist seems pleasants, friendly & kind. Hope she stays that way. All the best to Royal Oak Medical Centre family! Thank u for ur love & care!

   Doc Oliver Samin has been our doctor since we got here. We've been here for 5 years, we are family of 6 and he is really great taking care the whole family. The Indian lady at reception really can crack your nerve,been so patient to her for so looong time, and she is getting worse. She always makes things so complicated, with no basic etiquette. You need to hire a new receptionist or else you will lose all your loyal clients.

   Dr. Oliver is a nice guy. He's been the GP of my whole family since we got here, and my kids love him. But the receptionist is very rude and unprofessional and not very helpful! Hope that Dr Oliver can see all the negative reviews and do something about this...

   The receptionist was just rude over the phone. Rang to ask if they accommodate walk in patient (just moved to Auckland) as I need to have my BP medications changed as per ER doctor's advised. Receptionist said why dont you go to your Hamilton GP to have your prescription changed. She could have informed me straight off that they don't accept walk-in clients.

   Doctor Oliver is great! We’ve been here for years but the new Indian lady receptionist is the worst. She had the worst attitude. We won’t be coming back until she’s gone.

   We had such a good experience here until they hired that new lady at the front desk so much disrespect from her my mum went earlier yesterday she asked my mum to pay but she said it in a way that just wasn't professional she has such bad customer service skills I've been registered here since birth but now our experience is just going down hill cause of her.....
