don’t recommend them! we’re in the process of changing our medical centre currently after 10+ years of being with peninsula medical. it used to be so good but over the past couple of years it has gone down hill. Most of the doctors are lovely but the reception staff are not very friendly, it’s hard to get appointments and they’re inconsiderate. I’ve had quite a few bad experiences recently. At one point both my toddlers had rashes on their body and I had to see 4 different doctors & try 4 different treatments which took months before it was even slightly improved for each one of them. YOU HAVE TO ASK YOURSELF FOR SOMETHING TO BE EXAMINED PROPERLY (e.g swab) so if you’re not slightly medically aware or don’t ask questions, then this is not the place for you. They’re quicker to send you a bill than a script/treatment.

We recently moved to Peninsula Medical Clinic and felt really great about our decision. They provided exceptional care and support to my family members as we take turns on medical check-ups. From the moment we walked in, the receptionists are welcoming, organized, and always helpful with scheduling and questions. The nurses were kind, compassionate, and attentive, and they made sure we were kindly assisted and cared for throughout every visit. The doctors were thorough, patient, and genuinely took the time to listen to our concerns, never made us felt rushed. Every appointment has been handled with professionalism and warmth. Their entire team is very nice and really dedicated to providing quality service. Thank you! ❤️

Writing on behalf of my mother who recently had surgery to remove the rest of a cancerous growth in her hand. From the initial contact to make an appointment, to the surgery, our experience has been wonderful. The Doctor who has seen to the surgery sat down and listened to our concerns (actually listened), eased the anxiety over the procedure and the post operative process, and went over what was going to happen before asking mum her permission to proceed (this one appointment made a world of difference over past experiences with another surgery). The doctor and her team during the procedure were a well oiled machine, with a relaxed atmosphere the entire time, with the surgery going better than expected without the need of a skin graft because the surgeon adapted the plan. Mum is recovering well, with ample post operative support. Thank-you team.

One of those rare places where medical receptionists are friendly and kind, staff are always very punctual for appointments, and seem to really care about their patients more than the average GP service, I will never leave this practice. I recommend this place to my friend based off these reasons, and they are just as happy as I am, for the same reasons! Thank you Peninsula Med staff - from receptionists, nurses, and doctors, and anyone else working here too!

The staff overall are fine. Nurses are amazing. But here are no clear processes or estimated times for call backs or ability to make appointments in a timely manner at the respiratory clinic. In short, it's good for regular GP visits, but if you are really sick just go somewhere else, don't bother.

I have many complaints for this clinic. Some doctors are ok and take time to listen but others do a rushed consultation and far from being holistic. I feel we have to argue to be listen there otherwise they simply ignore what you say. What made me leave this clinic for good now was that my 17 months old son had a very bad respiratory infection and I rang Peninsula Medical, just to begin with they took over 10 minutes to answer the phone and when they finally did they just said “we don’t have doctors available go to ED” even I explained the situation. Imagine a very sick baby waiting 4hours to be seeing in ED with this weather. I then rang other clinic also located here in the peninsula and they promptly organised a triage phone call with a doctor and an appointment for the same day. So now I changed my full family enrolment to the new clinic.

My son (autistic & non-verbal) had his first Pfeizer vaccine done 2 months ago in the clinic and were amazing with him. Nurse Tyrone kindly reminded us a few days ago & booked him for his second dose today. Nurse Trish was super patient and kind to him :) we appreciate it very much. Thank you guys for making this a good experience for my son :) (also for me & my husband)

great service, very professional, friendly & welcoming. Dr Mohan in particular is a great GP with vast experience and takes the time every appointment to listen and consider your issues irrespective of whats going on. Cannot speak highly enough of him and I highly recommend anyone looking to enrol to request to enrol with Dr. Mohan Chitgopeker.
