Rice, biscuits jams, pickles, cordials, sauces for a Sri Lankan taste. They have Sri Lankan sweetmeats during the April New year festival and Christmas & New year period. They have great roasted curry powder and other authentic spices. Great asian supermarket to buy snacks and groceries. They have ready to eat frozen Sri Lankan sweetmeats and breakfast and snack items. And natural fruit juices like wood apple and elephant house soft drinks. They have ready to eat chillies paste, brinjal, sambol, chutneys and pickles. They even have clay pots and religious items and statues. you can buy rice and grains and Sri Lankan spices like roasted curry powder. It's in the heart of the city with plenty of parking and close to the Mall.”

“Full house for a Tue dinner service (before a sellout show at MFC). Be sure to book! Burrata, flatbread, snapper crudo, gnocchi, wagyu flank, half lamb shoulder (classic they'll hopefully never stop serving), sides of cauli & fries - between 4. All dishes were perfectly on point flavour-wise and generous enough to share. Everyone left satisfied and still recalling the yum hours later. Service was attentive and friendly but unprentious. Unique and broad selection of wines (cocktails a bit slow, but it was busy). Overall a very memorable meal and will for sure continue to recommend to others for special occassions, and return.”

On a sunny day, the best place to enjoy it is the outdoor terrace upstairs - quieter, more spacious, and refreshingly open, perfect for a leisurely breakfast and long conversations. The service is warm, welcoming, almost joyous, with staff who appear genuinely enthusiastic, accommodating, and efficient. Though the space is compact, the atmosphere is full of heart. I'm adding to this review because I was touched again by their super professionalism and friendliness. I went to their place late Friday afternoon urgently because of the alternator issue and told them that I would need to drive to Auckland Saturday. They figured out the issue instantly and tried very hard to source the parts for my car. I was so glad that the car was nicely fixed and I was able to drive to Auckland safely and happily Saturday morning. Thanks again, guys! You are super helpful! :-) I highly recommend their service again!”
