“A very compassionate and knowledgeable team. Highly recommended.”
“The staff are all very lovely. They have always gone above and beyond for all of our pets. Will 100% always recommend Maidstone Vets”
“Great clinic, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our dogs likes going to this clinic in the Rappaw group clinics, it's nice and quiet and has plenty of parking.”
“Great team, wonderful and super helpful. I know that being pet friendly is part of the job but they go above and beyond. Amazing”
“Gosh, me and Buck love this place. The staff...all of them...are passionate about animals. I rang one time when Buck half ate an oven mit. Not only did they give me great advice over the phone, the next day one of the vets rang me to see how he was.”
“Absolutely amazing. These guys were so great when our girl needed urgent, same-day surgery. They talked us through it all but were mindful of our stress and took the best care of our girl. She is happy and recovered and we are so thankful for the team at Vets on Riverbank!”
“Juilia, Muffy and others at Lakeside Veterinary Centre treated our feisty Bengal cat, LIa, with professional skill and loving care for Lia's life. We are extremely grateful that Julia and colleague were able to come to our house to help ease Lia's death when that became necessary. Lia was completely unstressed in her own home environment, on our lap, besides the fire. It was peaceful and quiet. This meant so much to her grieving human companions - with many thanks to Julia and everyone at Lakeside, Louise and George.”
“Fab service. Reasonable price. Treated cat well with respect.”
“Easy, safe and calm environment. New puppy owner so full of questions - that they happily answered”
“Came in today to put my cat down who I’ve had my whole life. She was 18 years old and it was time to make the decision. I am super happy with the experience, the staff were amazing and made it a great positive experience given my first time doing this. They had even given me copies of her paw prints and some of her fur to take. 10/10 experience.”
“Tina the vet was amazing and explained things very clearly. The receptionists were very friendly as well.”
“I have been to quite a few different vets and I can say hands down that they have been the best to deal with. We have to purchase our cat's food from a vet and this clinic has been the only one who can keep on top of their stock and not make it a huge deal for us to need to purchase it from them! They are also helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate when our pet needs them. They also have amazing and accessible opening hours. It's so nice to be able to deal with a company who understand many people work 9-5 and simply can't make it during work hours. I highly recommend them!”
“Such caring, compasionate and professional staff. They took such great care of Willa in her final hours.”
“Such caring, compasionate and professional staff. They took such great care of Willa in her final hours.”
“Have had excellent service here. Always take the time to give context to recommendations and work within what is practical solutions-wise. Everyone is really personable and very good with my elderly cat. Would absolutely recommend.”
“Richard is the best vet so kind caring and understanding. Good friendly staff.”
“I come here professionally as The Cat Carer. One of the services I offer is cat transport. I have brought many clients and their cats here. My clients are always happy and can't speak highly enough about the vets here, especially Kiki. The vet nurses here are wonderful especially Juli, who I've had many great interactions with.”
“Went with my friend to take her dog here. It was Anzac day and Charlie went out of his way to meet us at the clinic to treat the dog. He was quick and thorough and gave us good advice for after care and his costs were very reasonable considering it was after hours / public holiday”
“The level of professionalism along with the genuine compassion for animal care are amongst the highest I have experienced in my 12 years of having dogs. I could not recommend this place enough. Helen at Rappaw Titahi bay saw my dog promptly after receiving my distressed email about the increasing frequency his back end was collapsing on him. We have been seeing Helen on a fortnightly basis over the past year. Helen is a wonderful hydrotherapist as well as an extremely knowledgeable animal physiotherapist. Helen also explains what exercises we can be doing at home which are beneficial for helping our dog to maintain strength and stability for longevity which makes us feel like there are things we can do to help the dog in between sessions or in place of a session. Our dog has now been seeing Helen for over a year and we have witnessed the progress our boy has been doing. He has gone from collapsing and stumbling to maintaining himself and being able to manage his short walks better than he started out a year ago, despite being a year older from building up strength with the hydrotherapy.”
“To meet the health needs of your furry, feathery, fleecy, or scaly friends, look no further!”
“Our dog suddenly passed away this morning, we got in contact with these guys to arrange for our furry family member to be cremated, they were so kind and caring. We just want to say thank you to the receptionist who took good care of us and spoke some very kind words. It was hard for us to leave our girl but we knew she would be in good hands. You made our day a little better after our loss. Thank you so much”
“Fantastic service and animal service and welfare. Helpful and friendly staff makes a stress free environment and pleasing to animals of all descriptions. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend”
“I cannot thank the team at Vetcare Greytown enough! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! My beautiful golden retriever girl was battling the itchy’s to the point of losing her gorgeous locks of gold. She was not at all an itchy allergy pup so we couldn’t understand why this had started. She really was miserable. Heidi and team have truly transformed my girl into the bubbly, bright fluffy retriever I know and adore. I will not ever go anywhere else!!!”
“When my 9 month old Huntaway needed surgery, I realised Massey wouldn't be cheap, but surprisingly it wasn't as expensive as I thought and I discovered they are the best, great people, great support and great result.”
“Amazing Team!!! This was our first visit to Anderson’s Vets and I won’t be going anywhere else. Malcom and his team made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared about my very sick baby. He is now recovering well after all their love and care. I’m so grateful he was in safe and loving hands. Highly recommend. Thank you from Sherman & our family ♥️”
“Oscar returned from his stay looking relaxed and was very vocal about his time at the Pet Villa on the drive home. It is such a lovely setting and I am sure he will be happy to return there if we are going away in the future. Loved the Facebook photo updates and appreciated them being accommodating when our flight was delayed.”
“I had to say goodbye to my best friend the Bali dog Sat June 13th only 5ys a gentle giant, as most knew him. His love unconditional, the support over the last few weeks from Central Vets also unconditional just great amazing thanks very much.”
“On Monday 22 September 2025, the team at the Animal Medical Centre worked for over 3 hours to remove LFC - liquid filling concrete - from the paws and other places of my cat Morgan La Fay. When Morgan got home and had recovered from sedation, she was completely back to normal. How Morgan came to walk through LFC is a long story which I will not recount. I do need to say 2 things, though, to make clear what a miracle the team achieved. The first is that, by the time I got her to the vet on Monday afternoon, the LFC had been on her paws and other places for 24 hours. She sounded like a ballet dancer en pointe when she walked around and kept hitting her ear with her back paw when trying to scratch it. The second is that Morgan is a cat with a very definite list of "nots" - do not walk towards me, do not pick me up, do not put me in a cage, do not leave me with strangers, do not touch my paws ... and on it goes. I knew she would have to be in a crush cage and I knew that even crush cages have their limits. The AMC team got all the hard-baked concrete off Morgan and left her with no ill-effects. That truly was a magnificent piece of work. I cannot speak highly enough of their ingenuity, patience, dedication, and veterinary knowledge and I am deeply grateful to them all. Thank you again to everyone who helped.”
