   Man, this checkout system is such a joke! So I spent 30 bucks on a plant, right? When paying, the cashier asks if I have membership. I go "Hey I've got old voucher but not sure if they work". He's like "Even expired ones are cool". I thought that was pretty sweet, but I didn't have it on me. Told him I'll just pay first. Double-checked with him - "This coupon's good for 10 bucks off, yeah?" He confirms. So I rushed back home to get it, took me like ten minutes tops. Come back and they hit me with "Oh we can't refund your previous payment, but you can use it next time". Next time?! Bro I literally just paid TEN MINUTES AGO! The voucher's for THIS purchase! "Use it later"? Made me run around for nothing! Yeah it's just 10 bucks, but I feel totally ripped off. "Use it later"? Dude I probably won't come back for a year to buy something else to use this voucher . Worst shopping experience ever. have to say, plants are lovely, gardeners are helpful, the parking lot ground looks like it was bombed!!!!

   This place is a gem amongst garden centres. Not too big and not too small, with a wide range of cared-for, carefully grown plants that suit the local climate. I’ve never come home with a dud plant. Whether seedlings or well grown shrubs this place gives a guarantee of quality. The staff are very knowledgeable and always keen to help. Stocks vary with planting seasons and are always healthy. If you need to order a variety they will always try to get you what you need, even if it means waiting for the best stock. Their membership scheme generates cash vouchers which seem to appear with most shopping trips!

   Staff is friendly , extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Amazing selection of plants in great condition. The displays are wonderful and help spark the imagination. Pricing is surprisingly competitive for a locally owned , independent business.

   Really enjoyed lunch today. Sat outside in the sunshine. The food was delicious. Their system of customer ordering food, paying for it, then they bring food out to you, adapts perfectly for level 2. Staff were great.

   Lovely place! We went there looking for some flowers to plant and the place has everything you need in gardening. Especially in the spring season, flowers are blossoming which made the store even more beautiful. Just walk in and enjoy the view. Will come back again if needed.
