    The journey we had with petvet lower hutt has been so amazing.We had to say good buy to our beautiful boy Sam as he had a massive growth in his tummy that could not be moved.The day the surgeon told us was when we knew his time was up.The staff at petvet have been amazing very caring and supportive.From the day of his surgery to the last of his days petvet have been there for us ,explained everything to us to what they are going to do on the day of Sams being put to sleep.The compassion love and respect was outstanding.     I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. I have a fear aggressive rotty cross and they are so skilled and patient and caring with her. She is always put at ease every time she goes there. They allow me to book more time for my consult so they can get her relaxed at no extra cost. At one point we had some more complicated diagnostic appointments and tests for her and they explained everything so clearly to me and managed my expectations so well. The vet trained me to give an injection today. This was done expertly with an on-edge fear aggressive dog, a vet who she'd never met before and nervous me trying to give her a jab. Can't imagine a better place for my dog to go to.

    These guys really care for their clients - the staff on reception, nurses and vets. I've been in a lot over the last 3 years with an older dog with health issues and am always fully informed of the problems and given options when it comes to treatment. Even my dog loves it - she starts barking with excitement as soon as we head down the right street then drags me in. Followed by grizzles when a vet comes out only to take another patient in!
