When my jacket came back the result was not what we were hoping for so I wasn't charged for the jacket alterations at all. Outstanding. “I used Grace Removals Wellington for a house move & storage late last year and found them to be amazing, so decided to use them again for a small business job, moving from my home office into a new commercial premise. Once again, they have been fantastic. First up, quoting and booking is easy and the office team has excellent communication - I received an easy to understand quote and paperwork, and great reminders and information ahead of the move day. On the day of the move, the team arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job moving my gear. They were super friendly and professional. In my opinion, Grace are premium movers - there are cheaper options out there, but you get what you pay for, and I think the service they provide is worth every cent! Just one small area you could perhaps improve on - I've found the stickers you placed on our home items when they went into storage are very hard to remove and leave sticky residue behind, it would be great if you could use stickers that peel off easily and don't leave glue behind :)”

“These folks were so good! I'd been to two other mechanics previously for a service/investigation and they'd do the service, start investigating the issue I'd flagged and then just go, meh, looks like a sensor issue. Pit Stop were the first people to actually look past the surface and try to find the fault. They found it and repaired it in the space of a day for a reasonable price. Yeah my car is old enough to drink in the USA but that doesn't mean its issues are just age-related. Cheers pit stop! You'll be my go-to from now on!”

“Designed mainly as a takeaway or eat and go place. There are some tables to but not many as the place is quite small. Coffees are reasonably priced below average at $3.50 a cup (standard price is usually around the $5 mark) which attracts some regulars that work nearby. Scones and pastry looks delicious but sell out fast- didn’t have a chance to try by the time I reached the counter lol. Coffee is good quality. Service is brisk and friendly. Would definitely come back and I highly recommend checking it out :)”

“I just wanted to share some outstanding customer service I received from Dan and his team at Bicycle Junction even when I wasn't an actual customer. It made my week and that was last week and I'm still smiling. When my bike's disc brakes locked up so I practically had to carry my bike, I took it to Bicycle Junction for a rescue. Dan quickly assessed that my bike was in a bad way but managed to fix the brakes, give the gears a tweak and even tighten my bicycle carrier which was missing a screw, as well as blow up my tires. This all came free of charge with some sage advice to get some serious work done on my poor bike. I really appreciated the friendly no fuss service. I was able to cycle away and ponder whether I buy a new bike or get my bike overhauled. I'm still mulling it over, but thank you guys for saving me the other day. Highly recommend.”

“A very friendly store! My iPad, which I’ve used for years, wouldn’t turn on. Technician Lilian tested it and found that several parts were faulty. She gave me the best solution — to buy a second-hand iPad. It’s much newer than my old one, costs less than the repair, and even comes with a warranty. I highly recommend buying second-hand devices here, as they’re in great condition and very reasonably price.”
