I have been going to Steve, Courtney and Jess for about three years now and my boy Ted loves them. He can't wait to get his groom and looks a million dollars when they are done. They truly love dogs.
I was very disappointed with the service received for my puppy. I don’t feel most was well done (some parts were). When I rang to talk to the groomer she wasn’t interested. They came highly recommended, but would never go back.
These guys are great! They specialise in small dog grooms - think miniature schnauzers, poodles - with a particular focus on the health and well-being of the dogs. Nothing is too great an ask. Highly recommend. Oh, and they stock dog food, treats, and stuff.
Our shaggy 2 year old 40kg poodle mix had his first hair cut, and what a transformation! Now, not only does he look positively distinguished, he is way more comfortable in the warm summer weather. Recommended.
Fergus (5mnths) went to see Steve & Courtney today for his first haircut! They were fabulous, took their time, all day on fact, to make sure his experience was a good one! Fergus is a handsome boy with a spiffy haircut!!! Courtney was just marvellous, so patient with both Fergus & his mum! They clearly love their work & the doggos they groom!!
As a client of what is now a number of decades - Steve and his Team have never dissapponted! On the two or three occasions in all these many, many years that we have had to engaged another groomer - these instances have reinforced that Dogs "R" Us are unequalled from our perspective... and we now travel for 30 minutes or so each way to get our Spoodles groomed without regret.
The team do an incredible job! Their grooms are beautiful and my dog looks great every time. The dogs are also well looked after and let out for the toilet and a play. Genuine people who care about your dog while in their care.
