“I have been so lucky to have the team at Upper Hutt Vets looking after both my dog Shade and myself. Shade has had a number of health issues since I got him and he’s had to have multiple surgeries and trips to Massey. The team at Upper Hutt Vets has always been so caring and so devoted to looking after Shade and doing the absolute best thing for him. Even when he’s been at Massey I have had calls from the vets and from the vet nurses checking in and following up with me to see how things are going. Shade can be a little be anxious when it comes to being handled by anyone that’s not me. I feel so lucky and grateful that we found such amazing caring people to help us through incredibly difficult times.”

“***I highly recommend Paul and the team at Challenge Pauatahanui*** - excellent customer service - community focused values and support - good prices, especially with the card - they stock Maycey’s packet lollies (smokers, jelly beans etc) For a good couple of years we lived in this area and they became our local gas station. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming especially Paul and his daughter's. They have a real sense of community about them and always took the time to banter and have a laugh. My heavily tattooed partner can often be misjudged because of his looks but not here - they got to know him well and he’s always appreciated that! They are huge pillar in the community and I have so much admiration for their support with community fundraisers and promoting local businesses. There are very few people and businesses like this anymore which is so sad when once upon a time it was the norm. So we must show our support and appreciation by choosing their services wherever we can. Thank you Paul and team so much for all you do and your amazing service! We'll definitely be back whenever we’re up those ways :D”

“Noticed this unique fusion Malaysian place every time I visit the Op Shop next door. Went in for a quick lunch and a coffee with two kids in tow. End up getting Russian dumplings, curry puff, sausage roll and oat flat white. The curry puff was spot on, the kids love it. Russian dumplings was a first for me, delightful. Will come back again for more Malaysian offerings.”
