Tried 3 massage chairs in Queensgate mall and it was worth it. Grace was very knowledgeable of the specs of all chairs and was able to answer all our inquiries.
the sports massage gun is really strong and made much less noise, so much better than my old one, worth every penny and really helps with muscle soreness after the gym.
I had very good experience from this chair. It was so nice and help me to relax my body very well. I highly recommended people come and try this chair out.

We bought a chair Jan 2022. It has been fantastic, until it wasnβt. 6 Nov 2022, on of the rollers (it massages the left side) collapsed of the track.We donβt know why. The support is totally ineffective. AKL head office response, but do nothing, in fact theyβve admitted it is 2 expensive this close to Xmas to send someone down to repair the 5000$ Chair, that is less than 12m old and is only used by 2 people. I am assuming this will go on till our warranty expires. So yes lovely chair, but it is clearly not a workhorse and the support is just not there. Yr paying for the chair and smiles only.
