   The team at this Lush store are absolutely wonderful. Every visit is uplifting thanks to their genuine warmth and expertise. Special mention to the lovely staff member who introduced me to co-wash bars (so sorry I didn't grab your name!). These bars are a game changer that everyone needs to try! The staff's knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, and they took the time to explain different options and gave me some samples to see if they would work for me :) The entire team is kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They clearly love what they do and it shows in every interaction. You can tell they truly care about finding the right products for each customer. Whoever hires and trains this team is doing a great job too. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Highly recommend this store for both the amazing products and the exceptional service.

Great service and fantastic product knowledge, especially from Kevana, as she's been wonderful help with recommending products towards building my desired full-body scent. Each time I've been in she's been nothing less than spectacular, lovely and hospitable. I always look forward to visiting again :)

   Coworkers and I go there almost religiously every Wednesday evening after work. The staff recognise us now and are always so amazingly helpful and as much as we love to talk with them, we will always try to leave due to it being past 5pm and closing is 6ish and we don't want to keep them any longer than they have to be :) Always feel welcomed even if we show up a little later than usual. The staff are so knowledgeable which is helpful as I am not the most well versed in self care, but thanks to them, my entire bathroom is nothing but lush as all I've been recommended for my oily roots and dry ends hair, pores and spots on my face etc etc And if you're unsure on a product, you can ask for a sample to take home! That's how I ended up with a large bottle of "Candy Rain" conditioner. 10/10 I legit don't have anything negative to say about the store xx I love them all and wish all the staff the best!

   Good product knowledge. A bit disappointed that after buying over $100 of product, the free giveaway had run out by the time I got to the checkout. Perhaps I should have quickly bought only $20 worth of goods & gone straight to the counter.

   Spent a day in Wellington getting pampered and popped down I had my hands full and a little Asian lady came e down rudely telling me I must wear a mask. I actually had one in my hand but she did not give me time to even respond she came across grumpy and rude and i responded in like. I suggest she has some training on effective communication along with how to descalate situations especially as there was no other customers in the shop . I ended up spending a few hundred at the body shop. Interesting to see a theme of grumpy Asian staff it’s not being racist it’s called observation and there is absolutely nothing wrong if I needed to be described I would expect my appearance would play a big part. There’s no need to be defensive I have simply written a review of my experience if it had been a good experience I would of given a glowing report.
