   Best coffee in Wellington. Reasonably priced, delectable and right on the water front this is my favourite raglan roast in Wellington. Perfect study spot, ice cream or post run location. Everytime I go to raglan roast I leave feeling fulfilled.

   Fantastic café that’s truly committed to serving high-quality coffee at affordable prices. They also offer ice cream and pastries if you’re in the mood for a little something on the side. It’s clearly a local favourite- expect queues during peak hours that can spill out the door. Sometimes we do pass-up this place if the queue is too much as seating is also a challenge when it gets busy. The service is casual and staff are warm and welcoming, and the spacious interior has a laid-back, community vibe, with mostly indoor seating and a few spots outside. It’s a dog-friendly venue too, so don’t be surprised if you find yourself giving the occasional pup a pat! They also host quirky little events from time to time- like typewriter day (see photo), adding to the café’s unique charm. A great spot to relax with a brew and soak up the local atmosphere. Spot the vintage silver and blue Rolls-Royce parked out front- it’s my personal landmark for finding this gem!

   Didn't enjoy the almond milk here, milk lab or almond breeze are way better than alternative brand. Gelato was fab and fast service. No other food options. Not enough seating for family but we managed to perch. Steady flow of people for Saturday morn without being too crowded. Very loud rap music made for a bit of a chaotic feel.

   3.5 stars for the chai latte - it was too weak i.e not enough syrup used and not sweet enough. 5 star service though. I chose to takeaway because the cafe just looks into a carpark. Atmosphere is somewhat lacking.
