We went in to get 2 tyre's changed. And the service was super quick, got seen withing 10 mins and tyre's only took 20mins to get changed :) the prices are very very reasonable!

Absolutely top-notch service from start to finish! I called Kiwi Car Removal to enquire about tyres, and Mushi was incredibly helpful on the phone. He quickly organised a full set for me and was super easy to deal with — professional, clear, and genuinely friendly. When I arrived, Ali looked after everything and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The service was fast, efficient, and the quality of the tyres was excellent. I’d been quoted $250 for ONE tyre elsewhere, and I ended up getting a full set here for just around $200 — such fair pricing! Also, the place has a really positive vibe. Everyone seemed happy to be there, and it looks like a great place to work with a strong team culture. You can tell they care about both their customers and their people. Highly recommend these guys — I’ll definitely be back.

These guys are rubbish. Went to get tyre replaced. Failed wof because tyre was of different size than other 3 would NOT recommend them at all.
They came took the car without any notice due to a miscommunication.
Really bad service. rang them about my car described the issues it had and they said they would offer me between $400 - $700 but would need to see it first. I said I was after more like $1000 - $1500 so it probably wasn't going to work. they then text me a few hours later and said "I can give you $1000 for your car". I said no at first because I had lined up other people to come view it. I then decided that I would prefer not to have to deal with meeting lots of people and messaged them back to say they could have it for $1000 if they collected it that afternoon to which they agreed. The person who showed up was not the person I had been communicating with and did not honor the arrangement, wasting my time and meant I had to go and message everyone that had been interested and tell them that it wasn't in fact sold and try to find another buyer. Really frustrating.
These guys are rubbish!! Twice I arranged with them to pick up the car and they did not turn up on time. They quoted a price in an email and then tried to renegotiate when they finally turned up to get the car. Sam blamed his brother Alex for over pricing the quote. Avoid these guys!!!
