   I called and talked to Connor with fish concerns and he was so incredibly helpful and nice to talk to on the phone. Ended up calling him back the next day with updates and he gave more helpful advice and was so clued up on fish was more than happy to talk to me and help me. Highly reccomend this place and specifically Connor to talk to when it comes to fish. Really pleasant experience.

   so my recent experience with the store ,I've using animates kilbirne for all my dog needs including grooming ,. My dog is a small maltipoo aged 6 and suddenly lost her sight ,so I still getting use the things ,so I asked the groomer would I be able to stay with her this once for her grooming to help her relax and stop her panicking, and answer was a definite NO, For a store to show such a lack of compassion and CARE , is a disgrace, its definitely not called dog care more like don't care All act so caring when really 8ts just an act .

   The dog washes were FILTHY with hair and water and grime. Can you get fleas from there ? Otherwise the lady was lovely and helpful. They must have a lot of people coming through the dog washes. I mean dogs coming through. I do find all animates too expensive.

   Awesome staff, always super friendly and approachable. Dog wash could do with more regular cleaning but understand its probably ly one of the busiest in wgtn, due to being so close to the dog beach.

   just left the store two minutes ago and had the most genuine sweetest interaction with one of the employees. he had blue hair and a septum piercing and genuinely helped me so much and i hope he sees this or someone tells him and that he has a fabulous day and thank you for making my day
