“I’m really posting a review for the professional, yet extremely warm and friendly receptionist named Jenny at Pacific Radiology in Paraparaumu. People are often coming into Pacific Radiology to have imaging for potentially serious conditions/diseases. While I waited for my appointment, I noticed Jenny gently, kindly and professionally greeting and attending to people as they came and went. She went well out of her way to say some uplifting words in a very genuine way, to all her clients. It was a delight to see this kind courtesy and warmth and I know from experience, that these kindnesses can make or break a person’s day. Nice work Jenny!!”

“Amazing experience!!! Stan and his beautiful assistant looked right after me! I have both a needle phobia and I've had a couple of bad dental experiences. Stan's calming demeanor and professional reassuring attitude relaxed me from the beginning.... from walking in so nervous and anxious to looking forward to my next Wednesday appointment with Stan! Who would have thought!? The lovely receptionist was so caring from when I walked in to calling up the next day to check on me! Thankyou thankyou thankyou Stan and the amazing Lumino Silverstream crew! An amazing quick appointment which has left me pain free! The day after and I have no pain or aching gums or anything!?? “We just spent a couple of hours in Lower Hutt A & E. For a place where you are dealing with people in pain, I cannot speak highly enough about the service we received from the nurses and the doctor. Especially Nurse Jaynie. She did her best to distract my mum and keep her mind off the pain and it was very greatly appreciated. Please know that you are all doing an exceptional job. “Had a very positive and easy experience at my visa medical appointment today, the staff were very friendly and organised and the doctor was so kind and made me feel completely at ease. I was seen promptly and also had a great experience going across the road to get my x-ray- so convenient and great not to have to organise it separately! I went to these guys a couple of years ago for a different visa application (also a great experience) and am so glad I remembered and came back this time!”

“I visited Chemist Warehouse to buy some basic medicines and multivitamins, and I was amazed by how huge the store was. With so many aisles dedicated to different body parts and different types of medications, it felt a little overwhelming at first. But the moment I asked for help, one of the staff members guided me with complete patience and professionalism. He explained how to read the product sections clearly and even walked with me to find every item I needed. His assistance made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The staff here are extremely polite, knowledgeable, and willing to help without hesitation. Overall, a fantastic experience.”

“Visited for an ultrasound of my foot and was a bit nervous, but I had a totally fine experience! Everyone I saw was helpful and they seem to offer the lowest ACC surcharge in the city (it varies depending on where you go) so I’d happily visit again if needed.”

“I like this pharmacy as it’s in the mall so it’s open until 9 on Thursdays which is super convenient. The staff are really efficient, helpful and friendly. More often than not, they have stuff that other pharmacies don’t and also a wide range of makeup and perfumes that are out of stock in other stores. Have collected most of my meds from this pharmacy and never had any issues and also receive text msg notifications that my script is ready for pick up. Nice work team!”

“I've always felt well looked after here. The nurses were so great with my newborn daughter and her vaccinations, and despite staff turnover, I've always felt the doctors are kind and thorough with their assessments. Staff also arranged an urgent phone appointment last time I needed antibiotics.”

And even though did not have the appetite to enjoy fully, the ,Food Catering Department presented such beautiful nutritious appealing meals. You all made me feel I was in good hands which is very reassuring when you are feeling under the weather and not functioning quite as normal!. Anyone who needs medical care from such a caring team at Palmerston North Hospital can feel rest assured they not only care for you, but from my personal experience go over and beyond to get to the root cause of your problem to get you back on the road to recovery!. “Been with Accuro for maybe 5+ years and can’t be happier. It’s a little more work than southern cross which has the automatic approvals but the benefit is you don’t need to only use southern crossed approved providers. Made a preapproval request 2 months ago and approved in a day. Payment was made directly to the provider too. Easy. The cyber security incident was tough on them but they are now joined with another major not-for-profit insurer in NZ, Unimed, and I would say the future is bright for them. Recommend you evaluate them as a provider - not for profit is the way to go for insurance.”
