Average service. Told that the script would take an hour due to being short staffed. Looked around and there where more staff in store than customers so unsure why the delay.
Disorganised and often rude staff - understand the job is hard but if you can't even listen to your customers nor be kind then consider a career change. My advice to anyone reading go to the pharmacy by the lights instead.
Came in this morning looking for an SpF 30 sun protection, about 9:20 this morning, and was told by a sales person, that this is "no longer sold in NZ". Bought an SPF50 at her recommendation. Can someone confirm this is correct please
The staff at this store are condescending and rude. My husband and I (30F) went to this store to purchase the Clinique Black Honey lipstick. A blonde staff member initially followed me around the store while I browsed the beauty section. When I found the item I was looking for I used the tester to put some of the product onto my fingers and then dab it onto my lips (for obvious sanitary reasons) but was approached by the staff member asking if I was using my fingers to apply it despite WATCHING ME DO IT and then called me "good girl" in an insufferably condescending tone. I left the store without the item I specifically went there to purchase and spent my money elsewhere. We told other people about this incident over a cup of coffee and when I told them the store it happened in none of them seemed surprised...
Dreadful. Don't go there. Untrained, ignorant and entitled counter staff who don't appear to know or care what their job entails and prefer to chat to their mates than ensure customers are satisfied.
Unhelpful staff who are not interested. Looks like they are understaffed, under pressure. Manager barking orders at everyone. Although the pharmacist I spoke with was very nice, the culture here seems quite awful. It seems like they are constantly dealing with the surge of paraparaumu and they are over it. Google says open to 6.30 but they close at 5.30. Too bad if you need urgent medication. Very poor.
The customer service has never been that great but, today it was totally disappointing. The staff member I dealt with when getting my prescription filled was so rude, I had to spell my name to her repeatedly, her manner was far from friendly. She was condescending and unhelpful. The waiting times are ridiculous and much of what they sell is over priced.
So disorganised. Had called and booked in a flu vaccination lady on the phone was lovely got all my details right. Came in the next day at time booked, they handed me the form without looking me in the eye and scrabbled around to find a pen. Filled it out handed it back and wait and wait. Four people that came in after me were seen before me and eventually I had to say I've been waiting an hour. Which then the nurse apologised and found my form buried in a pile of others. Wasted an hour of my day for something that takes 5 minutes, not impressed. Also you need new white uniforms, one ladys was covered in stains it looks so unhygienic and disgusting. Absolutely no one seems to care.
Booked my covid booster for noon, when I arrived was told they were behind by 30 minutes due to double vacs, ok, i waited and people and staff watched. What a disorganised organisation, the poor pink haired nurse was obviously stressed, 3 staff stood and diliberated the situation. Finally after an hour waiting an asian staff member arrived and took over, got my vaccination, nobody to monitor me so I just left, lesson learnt. Also owner take a good look at the white uniforms past their use by dates, staff looked shoddy.
Shoddy efforts all round. Too busy talking to people they know, to do their jobs. Came in day 1 & they couldnt find skripts. All written out, was found in system & was told pick up next day. Day 2 I go thru while process again & have to wait 45 minutes before it was ready as a 'rushed' skript.
