   I think I either encountered a very busy, stressful time (there weren’t many people) or they are just generally rude and very unhelpful when I was trying to find something. Got pointed to the section that I had already been to with an abrupt “over there” so I just walked out. Spend $160 at another very helpful chemist!

   My experience was so bad up to the point I just don’t wanna go back here anymore. Staff is unfriendly and disrespectful. Few looked friendly but most of my experiences here are bad.

   Usually get good service but this morning I went to get a script after going home from the Dr as they weren't open until 10. Go later in the morning and get a very rude reception from a young woman at the counter who told me off for not having checked if I had had a text or not. Now enduring a long wait as not prepared to drive home and back again. Very disappointed as once you could get a prescription without hassle. To add insult to injury you get charged extra on a Saturday!

   Rude staff, horrible service, stop THROWING medication!! Just pass it to me! Forgotten to let me know about repeats which every other pharmacy does. Bulldoze the building, you'll be keeping people safe sending them elsewhere.

   I just went in to buy some hydro cortical cream & I was approached by a shop assistant there who appeared to be of Indian ethnicity & her conduct was extremely rude & dismissive towards me. Moreover, she was unhelpful & unknowledgeable about this common topical cream. One star to this pharmacy for being open & coming to work.

   Tried and tried and tried, because they are convenient. But, I've finally had enough of being their mother. The ongoing errors regarding medications, prescriptions - from forgetting to even bother doing repeats and then they expire so it costs me more money get new ones from my doctor, to not dispensing things correctly, to mixing up and mixing together previous scripts with new scripts (even when the previous SHOULD have expired) and extending the second script ... and then constantly claiming it's my doctor's surgery - which it isn't, as I've seen all the documentation ... I am supposed to be the patient, I am supposed to be able to rely on these people to do it right, follow the triple-check system properly and not literally constantly lose things, can't find things, then my doctor calls and "oh, they found it!" ... 2 years is enough of trying. The nurse suggested this morning that we change pharmacies as the stress isn't worth it. There will be no more business from our family. We are simply exhausted. It's not that hard to just follow a freaking script and DO as the doctor asks.
