   the dentist is good but expensive. service generally is more expensive than others in upper hutt.. but they do a good job. 3.8 stars out of 5 due to expensive treatments.

   What a shambles. My family and I left this practise over a year ago after never being able to get an apportionment as all their dentists had left, tried to be charged for things I hadn’t asked for, and am still being sent automated messages. Took months for them to send our files to our new dentist. Was much better before Lumino took over.

   Amazing experience!!! Stan and his beautiful assistant looked right after me! I have both a needle phobia and I've had a couple of bad dental experiences. Stan's calming demeanor and professional reassuring attitude relaxed me from the beginning.... from walking in so nervous and anxious to looking forward to my next Wednesday appointment with Stan! Who would have thought!? The lovely receptionist was so caring from when I walked in to calling up the next day to check on me! Thankyou thankyou thankyou Stan and the amazing Lumino Silverstream crew! An amazing quick appointment which has left me pain free! The day after and I have no pain or aching gums or anything!?? I'm so grateful and I just can't recommend Stan and his crew to you all!! Do yourself a favour go and see Lumino! Stan is definitely the man! Love, peace and pain free teeth! Jason UPDATE!!!! Went back to Stan the man and he saved a tooth I thought was ready for extracting with a half hour filling!! Can't WAIT for some more dental goodness on the 21st of Feb!!!

   They took 8 days to respond to a request for urgent dental care. The answer message we finally received (after going to a new dentist a week earlier) was full of ums & ahs. They didn't even clearly state what dental surgery they were from. You need a better receptionist.

   The Front desk service is terrible. How hard is it to book an appointment? Not only that, they went ahead and book a hygentist appointment for next year without my consent. I had made it clear to the admin today, please only book with dentist for my exam, not hygentist as well! Ridiculous. Very dissapointed how much this practice has slipped in quality, and I've been a patient for over 10 years.

   unprofessional cowboys, had a tooth issue which was causing me grief in september 2022 and the lady on the phone refused to book me in until several weeks later and although it had been a while since id visted a dentist (due to cost) i was astounded by her lack of professionalism and care. lucky i found gental dental on royal st who got me an appointment within 24 hours and fixed the issue which wasnt as bad as i thought.

   Catherine and her nurse were truly amazing today. As a dentist phobic with prior bad experiences, they both explained every step of the process and provided excellent pain relief. Made me feel amazing with the results I came away with. I can smile with confidence again. Can't thank them enough for that recommended

   Staying in the area temporarily and have had a toothache for a few days. Called the clinic this morning and was super stoked to be accommodated same day. Dr Bjorn is hilarious and very personable. Not a problem to have consult info sent through to my hometown dentist for follow up. Thanks team, really appreciate!
