Fortunately for me, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff were on hand and as friendly as if it were 9am on a Monday. Outstanding initial experience that has won my custom, I will be taking my carpet cleaning machine through to them in the morning.”

“Our key fob was getting low battery wise, we bought the battery and couldn't figure out how to get it out. Mister Minit quoted 20 bucks to change it with no guarantee it would work. Went to repco and the lovely ladies changed it for us in 2 mins and completely free. Absolutely amazing customer service!”

I came here for the first time with no expectations and risked paying $10 just to have a look and expecting to find nothing of any interest. Store is very clean and changing rooms are spacious. Doors automatically open which is helpful when walking out with your hands full of items purchased :)”

“New World is very close to my house and the best place to go shopping to. It has food for years, has food for anything you’re looking to get. They have a good service, very easy shopping with the staff and clearly marked aisles. They have kind chatty staff and the staff can easily help you find what you’re looking for. They never run out of stock, so if what you’re looking for isn’t there, ask staff to get it. New World is definitely one of the greatest shopping markets in NZ.”

“I went into farmers to purchase an arrangement of gifts for a friend going through a hard time, I was in the makeup/skincare section. My mum asked the lovely girl at the checkout where the slippers were - she was very sweet and prompt to show us where they were. I got my things and went to checkout, first i’d like to compliment Nea’s mannerisms, she was very polite and very prompt with her scanning/packaging. More so I want to say my appreciation for her compliment on my voice, she said I have a nice voice - a compliment I’ve never received before but it really made my day and has left an impression. “It's a great place to get all the Indian spices, veggies, pickles, sweets, oil and a lot more. It has a lot of south indian and north indian stuff with a lot of indian brands. It's a bit costly but if you're really carving for some paneer butter masala or some idiyapam or some sweet jalebi you can grab it here.”
