    A wonderful store with fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. I would like to make special mention to Jackson and Christine, who went above and beyond in locating more sale pillows for me from out the back, which I truly appreciated.

    Twice I've been into this store after confirming the items I want are in stock . The first time I was told the item was unavailable once I got to the store. And was advised to use click and collect with a $5 collection fee added. I was advised 40 minutes later my item was ready to be picked up - confirming it was there all along. The second time I was advised the item I wanted was on a high shelf and the guy that can retrieve it isn't working this day. So was told to use click and collect or home delivery. Again both options being at extra cost to me ($3 or $7). It feels like a scam to gain a few extra bucks due to staffs inability or unwillingness to help in store.
