   Kevin truly deserves a pay rise. I visited Briscoes regarding warranty refunds, and the way Kevin handled the entire process was exceptional. He was professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable, making what is usually a tedious task completely seamless. The transaction was handled quickly and smoothly, with clear communication and a great attitude throughout. His customer service was genuinely commendable and left a very positive impression. Employees like Kevin make a real difference to the customer experience.

   Same old same old as any other briscoe franchise, boring, with no atmosphere and untidy. The so called wok that was marked down is the same price as the supermarket and not good quality.

   Took a malfunctioning product back in for warranty and that was only a couple of months old. The boy there plugged it in and used it for all of 30s and then said it was fine. Didn’t offer us to send it to the manufacturer for inspection and basically said we had to deal with it. Very disappointed and unprofessional.

   PORIRUA BRISCOES 02/07/2023 Bought a heater $139.99. Amazing service, i was a happy customer. Plugged it in and found only one third of the heater was providing heat. Ran it from 6:30pm til around 12am testing it over and over to see if whole unit heated up - unfortunately no. Next morning sent my daughter down to return product and get refund OR order another make with payment as another option(the one i wanted was currently out of stock but i had researched and read good reviews so was willing to wait). The staff member Hayley who served my daughter, plugged the unit in and said it wasnt faulty, i said we had run it long enough to find it wasnt working as it was suppose to with multiple people testing it; Hayleys suggestion she sends it back home with my daughter so i can bring it back in later to get another one...i kindly explained i didnt want to hold onto a faulty heater so can we please have a refund and i will return later in day to purchase/order another one. My daughter standing at the counter while i was having a phone conversation (on speaker phone)with Hayley; said Hayley was rolling her eyes over and over and taking long deep breaths while i was explaining the fault and requesting a refund and declining the option of taking faulty product back home. I was really disappointed in Hayleys behaviour and felt like i was not believed and was a complete bother. Made me question a return to the store and wether i wanted to spend my money there. Clearly stated on Briscoes website is "free returns" not a great experience. Unfortunately one persons lack of professionalism can undo the "amazing" positive experience had the day before along with the tainting of the reputation of a company in just one moment.

   Love Briscoes, but I suggest choosing a different courier to deliver your products. Aramex is the worse delivery company, please find someone better other than them. They’re unreliable, and I still haven’t received my package which was supposed to be delivered today. Too many bad reviews on their website.
