Met the loveliest young woman today. I have been to this chain of paper plus before, and I will say that the staff have never really been too knowledgeable on the books themselves. But this staff member was incredibly passionate and knew everything there was to know about every book I enquired about. She gave me amazing recommendations that I do plan to read. Will be coming back in the future!
Refuses to honour Booksellers NZ vouchers despite being a Booksellers member. Manager refused to discuss with me and threw his staff under the bus instead. He then suggested the book could only be exchanged at the purchase location (Napier!) Disgraceful.

Top shop I collapsed They seated me & got me a glass of water Wonderful caring staff Another time I bought some magazines to post to my son Again staff went above & beyond normal to help me despite being very busy Can't praise them more highly
I am pretty disappointed as the book I ordered took 2 months to arrive in store, and they ended up giving me the wrong book. I had paid extra for the hardback edition, and instead received the paperback edition which was disappointing especially after the long wait.
They have all the school books. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice shop
