Don't shop here, they aren't a hospice shop anymore but they fancy themselves as a Farmers or Briscoes. I arranged for them to come and pick up a perfectly good sofa and just because it had some minor staining on one of the arms they flat out refused to take it. Or they could suggest was that we called The Salvation Army who apparently have a "much lower tolerance" for what furniture they will take. In the process of deciding whether or not they're going to take the sofa they also walked into one of our side tables knocking two full cups of tea onto the floor and nearly damaging the brand new sofa that we had just bought. Appalling and useless customer service all-round. I won't ever be shopping here again.
