Our key fob was getting low battery wise, we bought the battery and couldn't figure out how to get it out. Mister Minit quoted 20 bucks to change it with no guarantee it would work. Went to repco and the lovely ladies changed it for us in 2 mins and completely free. Absolutely amazing customer service!
Had the small LED light l was looking for. Even better it was cheaper than l expected. It would have been a better experience if the staff were easier to find.
Left after waiting 10min at parts counter, 2 staff milling round in the back, one other messaging on his phone, dodging back and forth behind parts racks hiding, then sneaks off out the side door, presumably for his break. Needless to say, Supercheap got my $$ and will continue to do so. Scrolling through reviews afterwards looks like it's an all to common problem, save your time and go elsewhere
Bought New battery,2 days later was a $30 trade in , went to see if they would honor the trade in price but they wouldn't, but the Petone branch did so happy with out come
To be honest, if I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Your staff member in a branded car today with the number plate QNL305 was speeding down the street into traffic and decided he would cut me off today and nearly hit me on High Street in Lower Hutt, without a care in the world. I suggest you give him a good talking to! Photo for proof.
Repco is one of New Zealand's leading companies in automotive parts and accessories all reasonably priced offering a friendly service.
Disappointed in the customer service. Manager Jeet was extremely rude and unapologetic in regards to additional charges that was not made aware. If was communication in the process, would be okay. Lots of room for improvement.
Staff not interested in helping, too busy talking about their problems. Only asked if I needed help on my way out the store after I had walked around the store looking for what I needed a couple of times.
Staff were really friendly and more than willing to help me with my car and show me what to do, which I really appreciated. Definitely will be back!!!
A very well stocked and staffed Repco branch. No empty spaces on the shelves like the supermarkets, and friendly staff who approach you quickly.
