   Walked in with goods was met with old guy with glass’s telling me that tvs need to have stands legs etc for display reasons, I purchased this TV a year ago from this deteriorating business and there was NO legs or stands (got a wall mount for it) when met with conditions with what they can’t do it’s no wonder we are all on market place eBay etc wake up cash converters your getting like Salvation Army too fussy for receiving USED items with higher than expected expectations for and offering next to nothing for anything, should be named “”turning cash into coins! Convertered” have since given tv to te omanga hospice at least they smiled when greeted! The guy I saw today you need to resign you couldn’t sell pollen to a bee

   Called in and asked about selling gold, was told that they would pay today’s gold price with no processing fees, got to the store and was told that they would only pay just above 50% of the gold price today for 24 carat gold. There was also no authentication before giving the quote.Very disappointed in the quality of customer service, do not recommend trading with them.

   If there was an option for no stars I would give that for how the manager dealt with me .... I bought an xbox1 for 229.00 first day I took it home the control didn't work returned a couple days later they replaced it which was fine only 2 take it home and the A button was getting stuck everytime we ppushed it so took it bk and again they replaced it no worries so I purchased the Xbox game pass for a years access as well as games over 120 worth so 2 weeks after purchase the console started freezing midway thru gaming which ment a reset everytime by now we had enough of the troubles with this xxboxand wanted a refund so I called the store today and talked 2 the manager I explained all that was wrong and just wanted a refund so we can purchase a brand new ps4 knowing there would be no issues with a brand new one she proceeded 2 say I needed a picture or a video 2 prove the freezing issue which was only happening midway thru gaming then proceeded 2 say that they can't justify a worker playing the game for a couple hours on my word that it's freezing I asked if there was another way as I'm wanting 2 get a refund today and purchase new console at the same time from the warehouse she said no that's all they can do due to their procedures she mentioned this a few times but I'm amazed she couldn't offer a more reasonable request I asked 2 speak 2 the manager which she said she was and said she has already told me what I need 2 do then said she is hanging up the ph midway thru me asking a question and hung up HOW RUDE .... I purchased this console on good faith that it worked only 2 be let down because she is assuming I had a change of mind which if this was the case why did I sign up for a years Xbox game play and purchase Xbox games which can't be refunded i just want my money bk so i can purchase a console that i know has no issues sort this out please EDiT ... went in store talked 2 the person who was on the ph she was rude in person as well but a God sent worker came and heard me out understood my frustration and everything was sorted within 5mins so thank u 5 stars for the store and staff but 1 star for the shift supervisor Gemma
