    Brought a replacement blender for out Kenwood food processor. Amazing service - rung to confirm stock before ordering online. Stock was confirmed and order was done online. The blender arrived in Auckland less than 24 hours after order. Extremely well packed as well. Excellent service - thanks!

    Charged $38 up front for just replacing a plug on a fan heater (which I thought was a bit steep, but good to repair rather than replace, right?), there was no suggestion it would cost any more than this; called to see if it had been done a few days on from when they said it would - it clearly hadn't, but they said it would be done that afternoon. Went to collect and they wanted to charge another $35 - told them I thought this was terrible service, and I could have just bought a new one - ended up just leaving it, and buying a brand new heater for $30. Bad communication, bad service. Very disappointing.

    Just called through to L T Campbell almost right on closing time and half expected to get a voice mail as you might expect elsewhere. Fortunately for me, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff were on hand and as friendly as if it were 9am on a Monday. Outstanding initial experience that has won my custom, I will be taking my carpet cleaning machine through to them in the morning.

    Took vacuum in with faulty motor head. Got charged a deposit to then be told it had a faulty motor head (yeah, I know, that's why I brought it in) and they couldn't fix it, also they couldn't find a replacement head. I found a replacement head myself in minutes online but the deposit got swallowed up by the time spent not fixing it and doing bad googling.

    Just an awful experience Placing my online order with L.T. Campbell was quick and easy, with an estimated delivery time to Australia of 3–5 working days, which played a major role, but that was it. Several days later, having not received a shipping confirmation, I called the business and was told that my order had been forgotten but would be sent soon. After waiting for several more days without getting a shipping confirmation, I called again to enquire about my order; this time, I was told by a seemingly annoyed individual that it had been picked up by a courier. I even got a tracking number after requesting one, although it should have been automatic to send shipping confirmations in the first place. Four weeks later, having not received anything, I contacted the seller via their website's contact form about the missing order but received no response. I tried again after a few days to get in touch with L.T. Campbell, this time by email, but as before, there was no answer. Even after opening a case with PayPal, this business didn’t care about anything. More than six weeks later, my order finally arrived. The delayed delivery might not have been entirely the seller's fault; the lack of any kind of communication, support or help on the other hand was appalling enough to discourage me from ever using them again.
