    Quite simply the worst customer service I have experienced. The guy was clearly put out of his way by being asked to help. Told us he was 80% sure the product was the correct one. We suggested we check and asked to borrow a tool. He came out to see what we needed. He said he was pretty confident he was selling us the right product. It was the wrong one. He was clueless. I’ll go back to my usual of super cheap who go out of their way to help

    Unhelpful staff. So I bought 3 items I needed worth approx $60 for all 3. I was also after a CV Joint boot kit but they didn't have stock. I asked the attendant whether they were going to restock but he said no. After getting home and checking their website, it turns out there are several other boot kits that are compatible with my vehicle. Never did I get a suggestion for a compatible alternative product and the attendant never attempted to upsell. I really needed this part for this vehicle so I can easily stretch my budget if needed. I wouldn't shop at Repco Porirua if I didn't have to but now I have to make a time consuming return trip and worst of all, being served by the incompetent team member. Porirua 10/6/25

    I brought two of my cars in for battery replacements, only to be told they wouldn’t install them. The staff didn’t seem to check their own website, which clearly states that they provide battery installation. It feels like no one wants to work or help customers here. Extremely disappointed with the service.

    Very pleased with the help and the purchase of the correct boot struts from Repco, unlike “ that other auto shop” whose site recommended the wrong strut for my car and whose store displays a comprehensive product chart for items they don’t stock and can’t order.

    Went to Repco Porirua for a wiper blade for my car, asked if they could fit it, they said they couldn't because they are not insured to do it. I found this strange because Repco in Levin have fitted wiper blades for me in the past.
