Upon my visit to Porirua PaknSave today I discovered rotting apricots put out in bins for customers to purchase (at only $9.99kg!) as well as a beautifully moldy stack of ginger which looked like it had been put out fairly recently.
I would say I'm surprised but this is on brand for this Supermarket who clearly doesn't care for the community it is supposed to serve.
We are all aware that if this store was in Whitby or Aotea this would not be happening.You are a literal disgrace.

Lately the stock control in this store has been poor. I go in at 8am on a Saturday and its a mess everywhere with staff unpacking stock. Yet despite that there's often something I won't find, and some shelves are empty. They need to improve drastically or else I will go elsewhere!

I am 26 years old, look even older. Ihave been shopping here over month and they always ask for passport when I buy an alcohol. I show them my ID, driver license clearly showing date of birth. They don’t accept it because it is issued in EU. I even have picture of my passport in phone, but they wouldn’t sell a beer without physical passport.

Very rude staff named Rebecca served us and doesn’t know how to explain things calmly. Raises voice on customers. Yuck service. Humiliated us even though we were very calm in dealing with her. She thinks we don’t understand her, and raises her voice when talking to us. More like shouting at us actually. Train your staff.

Love a good bargain from the Stick mans team. I have recently started to notice the clearance trolleys near the dairy section which I have found to have some really good cheap bargains. Super helpful with the cost of living nowadays! Good customer service from checkout team.

They only have one capsule trolley, their car parks for mothers with baby's are more often then not full with NOT mother's with baby's, and the fruit and vege is rotten, found maggots in the cherry tomatoes and on other separate occasions have had to go through rotting fruit to get any decent enough for human consumption produce, disgusting. Also well overpriced on alot of your grocery items.
