   What a fantastic team you have in this store. I had the ultimate 5 star experience with Katie in the women's, lingerie department. Katie was helpful, kind and really pleasant to deal with.    I found display and actual product were different. (ITEM PURCHASED staller and capsule for the baby safety first brand) It's hard to make him (Manger ) understand that what I bought which is still display at the store and what I found in the box when i got home is totally different but manager keep arguing that u got what comes in the box lol and if something missing in the box then call safety first customer care. Really disappointed as me and my wife are regular customer of farmers kapiti and this was our first purchased from different store of farmers.

   Horrendous service all of the workes accused usof stealing when we very obviously werent I even paid for what I got in my experience all the works wildly rude except for the lovely lady at the front desk who deserves a pay rise will never be returning and wouldn’t recommend to anyone in New Zealand. It is terrible!!
