“We call up and order chicken jalfrezi which isn’t on the menu but they still make it for us… absolutely delicious and perfect spicyness… we can smell it as we are walking through the subway. Mmm . Sometimes he will give us a free naan just for being regular customers. The best taste in Wellington. We can remember when they first opened. They now have a great reputation. Highly recommended. “Some of the best curry in the Hutt Valley, with a great spice range to choose from. We are very fortunate to live just down the road from Tummy Treat and are never disappointed with the quality of the food. They are also very kind to give freebies here and there. The naan bread is also always very nice. Would highly recommend to anyone. Great food and lovely people.”

“This little gem is hidden away but is well known for its Sri Lankan delights. They also serve the classic Kiwi brekkie and full meals with great coffee. Open on the weekends too which is an added bonus plus lots of parking available. Very friendly service as always and staff are happy to chat whenever we drop in.”

“Great food and restaurant layout, and open Mondays, thank goodness. Tasty food, we did the "Fratelli Feast" (Mondays and Tuesdays) deal with an entrée to share, a main and dessert of your choice. Added extra sides of "Brussels sprouts" and "Garlic and truffle oil fries", they were delicious. Nice wine and lemonchello too. There are specials, we saw the pan fried fish which looked very good. The staff were friendly and attentive, we will come back again.”
