Always have a great meal from here. Lovely owners pleasant and helpful.

Some serious chilli sauce that does not mess around. I've had good iskander, kebab and lamb on pitta bread from here. It's my new local.

Honestly been to almost all of the kebab shops around Wellington and this is by FAR the best. Flavours are perfect. My go too is the mixed meat eskender and i can say with out a shadow of a doubt it is the best in Wellington region.

If you told me a few years ago that I’d become a Turkish food fan, I would’ve laughed while holding my sad wrap from some random Wellington kebab joint. But then… I met Kebab Point in Stokes Valley. My boyfriend used to live in the valley, and one day he was like, β€œLet’s grab a kebab.” I was hesitant, flashbacks of dry meat and soggy lettuce haunted me. But I gave it a go… and honestly? My life changed. I realised I hadn’t hated Turkish foodβ€”I’d just been eating bad versions of it. Kebab Point is THE standard. I now live in Wellington, where kebab spots are a dime a dozen, and yet nothing compares. The quality is consistent, the service is warm and friendly, and the taste? Out of this world. Their meat is juicy, the sauces are perfect, the portions are generous, and the wraps are rolled with love (I swear). I now judge all other kebab places against Kebab Point, and they all fail miserably. So thank you, Kebab Point, for restoring my faith in Turkish foodβ€”and for making me crave a trip to Stokes Valley on the regular. If you haven’t tried it yet, do yourself a favour. 12/10 would have it again!

We have eaten here a few times now and the food is delicious, the small mixed meat iskender portion is generous, the salads are fresh and the meat is soft. There is a sign up saying "tell us if you have any dietary requirements". My son has coeliacs disease and I have had 2 very indepth discussions about this with the lady owner and felt confident that they had a good understanding of the dietary requirements for this. Unfortunately tonight I saw obvious cross contamination happening during the cooking and dishing up process. When I queried this, I was given an answer by the man who was cooking that clearly showed he had no understanding or care about trying to cater for the dietary requirement. Sadly we can no longer safely eat here, and if you have coeliacs disease I suggest you avoid it also.

The nicest mixed grill I have ever had, beef shish on the stick really good flavour, chicken shish the same, nice mince meat patty, but the star is the incredibly soft shaved meat, think it was lamb but so tender , unreal. Highly recommend you try there food and such a nice couple too. Definitely have to go through this menu. Went back after this review for a mixed meat Iskender 12/7/2023, really good loved the shaved meat, tender as . You have also had some staff changes and the two young girls are way more on to it and look like they work well with you. Cheers Paul.

Finally a great non-Chinese food restaurant in Stokes Valley. I love the mixed classic kebab with sweet chilli and hummus. The meat tastes incredible. And the portions are great.

Absolutely obsessed, my partner and I are so excited to finally have a kebab place in stokes, they do not disappoint. Had the meat on chips and lamb kebab, both perfect in every way. Staff are lovely and put a lot of love in the food. Also highly recommend the baklava
