   This place is the definition of a small town hidden gem. The food is fantastic and they have so much to offer on the menu, that I'm literally trying something new every time. Everything is so fragrant and aromatic and the flavours are precise and the textures and everything are perfect. All of the naan are mouth watering and my kids are obsessed with the lollipop chicken! Have dined in once, but we usually get delivery and there hasn't been a mishap yet.

   This Indian restaurant pleasantly surprised us with its delightful offerings. As a family-owned business, it provides superbly crafted dishes at affordable prices. Their lunch deal, inclusive of any curry on the menu, rice, and naan, is a steal. The owner's warm welcome and helpful guidance in selecting dishes added a personal touch to our experience. Opting for the Chicken Tikka Masala and Murg Methi Malai curry, we were treated to flavors that were absolutely delicious, accompanied by generously portioned servings. The naan, commendably fluffy, complemented the meal perfectly. It consistently comes out great every time. On our second visit, we were charmed into trying an off the menu curry (Home Style Curry) lamb and chicken. Deliciously rich in flavour and spiciness, but not too hot. The addition of Hindi music enhanced the overall charm of the place. We can see no reason why not to make this a regular lunch spot. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, giving it a resounding 110%!

   I get food from here all the time, they happily alter dishes to meet dietary requirements on request. They have a broad selection of dishes, personally I love the shahi paneer, palak paneer, lamb korma and chicken saag. The lamb is always cooked beautifully.

   Best Indian food I have ever tasted. We ordered Chef's special Panner Curry - Authentic Taste of India's Curry. It was literally like Dhaba Style. Garlic Naan and Cheese Garlic Naan - The bread was so soft and had a lot of flavours loved it. Veg Hakka Noodles - Authentic Indo-Chinese just loved it. Ganga was amazing with us! It was his recommendation for Curry which was DELICIOUS. Overall, this is a true gem for anyone seeking an authentic Indian dining experience. Whether you’re a seasoned fan of Indian cuisine or someone looking to explore its wonders, this restaurant is a must-visit destination that will leave you with a profound appreciation for the flavors of India.

   Since finding this restaurant about a month ago, we absolutely love it, the food is very authentic and the owners and staff are very helpful to cater to your likes, heat/spice temperature. It is a must wether you live in Wainuiomata or if you want to venture over the hill to try their delicious menu. Date night get a cozy table at the window or larger groups. You won’t be disappointed.
