“recently booked my travel with Sachin and had a very smooth experience. He was extremely professional, patient, and always available to answer my questions. He made sure every detail of my itinerary was correct, explained the options clearly, and gave me the best possible deal. I really appreciate his honesty and dedication – I felt my travel was in safe hands. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable travel agent. Thank you Sachin!”
“I had an amazing experience during my first week of my 21 day travel through NZ. Our guide (Claudia) was fantastic. The group was fantastic. We learned many things about NZ I would have never seen if traveling on my own. Highly recommend it!”
“Jake has been great this week - super helpful during the refresher dive as part of my ReActivate course and great fun as our skipper for a day of boat dives, along with instructor Jack who was also really fun and friendly. Highly recommend the dive shop and especially the boat day, as it was great to see more of Waiheke. Adam and the whole team were lovely when I was emailing from the UK arranging my dives and have been helpful and patient with me given it’s been a while since I’ve dived.”
“Was a fun time at Thrill zone thanks to our host ROLAND going above and beyond helping us when needed or when things weren’t working as they should’ve was a good end to our Christmas Party. Maybe just the AI video before you start the escape room needs a revamp as it also doesn’t give any clues to the actual game BUT OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE”
“The building of our holiday was very enjoyable and was enhanced by Danielle's knowledge and experience. Our holiday was fantastic with free time as well as pre-booked activities, all of which worked like clockwork. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency during our time in Australia and I would particularly like to thank Jaydene for her help and support to Heather while I was in hospital. It was a great help to her during a particularly stressful time. I have used other travel companies in the past but the experience with First Light Travel was better than any of the others. I have no hesitation recommending them to others.”
“Unfortunately we picked a windy day! Our guide Dan was fabulous and very informative. He took us on an alternative route to Browns Island where he provided hot drinks before the hike and Brownies at the Trigg point. I would highly recommend this tour, my first experience of kayaking out at sea. Dan made us feel at ease and was very supportive, thank you.”
“The only thing bad about Raglan Boat Charters is that eventually it'll end and you'll have to go home - and that will be a sad time. Raglan Boat Charters is a great experience. The staff are amazing, friendly, informative, helpful, will bend over backwards to help you out or get you on a tour. We did the sunset tour on a perfect night and it was a blast. In a truly Kiwi experince, Fish and Chips were delivered before we left - the perfect entree to what was to come. We took a tikitour around the Raglan harbour where the sights were enjoyed and the history of the harbour explained. Birdlife was plentiful, as were the stingray! The Captain gave us a few of his secret fishing spots - but you have to do the tour if you want to find out more about that. As we cruised around, a wicked soundtrack of sing-along party hits played and created a really fun atmosphere. The cruise was more than 90 minutes - incredible value for money and an experience you'll be wanting to repeat quickly! 10 stars.”
“The team at House of Travel are always friendly and helpful. We just had an absolutely fantastic trip to Europe, all plans went well. Thanks again to Hayley at the Tauranga Crossing branch”
“We did the Sip, Cycle, Soak (self-guided) package and it was honestly the highlight of our Hawke’s Bay trip! The day started with a fresh, delicious breakfast at The Bach Café, then we picked up our e-bikes. The team was so friendly and had everything ready to go. The ride itself was stunning—easy to navigate, with beautiful scenery the whole way and plenty of great spots to stop along the trail. We finished with a soak at Ocean Spa, which was the perfect way to unwind after a day of cycling. Such a fun, seamless experience. Would do it again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!”
“Onboard Visa Services provided excellent assistance with my onshore student visa process. The team demonstrated professionalism, clear communication, and strong knowledge of immigration procedures. Their guidance made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and efficient visa support in New Zealand.”
“The restaurant Troy completely exceeded my expectations! The chef truly deserves special praise. The service in the Restaurant was friendly and professional I feel very welcome there. This is genuine à la carte dining at a high level, with fair prices and absolutely no compromises on quality.”
“Athena is the name worth our praises here, providing such good service through out the half day foodie tour, which we had some wonderful time, with the only 3 of us in the tour, she did even offer a discount on an extra wine yard tasting which turns out to be so enjoyable, we had a great day out ! Zozo is the place for you !”
“Had a great time! This was a family ride along part of Te Awa Trail during the hol's. Richard was super helpful throughout, from answering questions before we made our booking through to setting us up on our bikes, nothing was too much trouble. My bike was ideal, thank goodness for soft gel seat covers I say. So glad we did this!”
“Thankyou Andrew for great and informative tour and showing us Dunedin. The trike was amazing. Cindy and Mark”
“Great customer service and communications from Pegasus Dunedin. A tidy (for its 185,000km) and fuel-efficient wee car for my runabout while visiting family. I'll absolutely hire from Pegasus again my next visit.”
“Great service. Hiring process was easy and communication was excellent. The initial car we hired was a bit too small for our needs, and Pegasus were able to sort out an alternative in Dunedin. Nothing was too much trouble for them, very helpful. Both cars were in excellent condition. All in all a great service and I know where I’ll be hiring a car next time we go to New Zealand!”
“So very pleased with your product, brought the Hawaiian Warriors shirt for my son, he was very happy. Also the delivery was so fast, Thank you so much, very happy customer.”
“What a gift to have Mary as our personal tour guide!!!!! I’m interested in the history of the people and she shared so much. She rates a 10 out of 10**********”
“We were privileged to have stayed at two accommodations of experience Rarotonga. Pacific Breeze Serenity and beach house. Both houses were beautiful and spacious. Handy to everything. I have finally found houses that I will be returning too next year. Thank you”
“John from Just Cabins Porirua was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the first enquiry through to delivery, everything was smooth and hassle-free. He was professional, responsive, and went the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we needed. The cabin itself was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our needs. Highly recommend if you’re looking for extra space without the stress!”
“I contacted Jolene a few years ago because she was recommended by a friend, she assisted us then with a booking and made it so easy that we emailed to assist us with this trip. she is very helpful and easy to communicate with - we have never met all bookings completed via emails and a couple of phone calls. She always replies quickly and provided a few choices in flight classes and prices as requested which must make more work for her, so very gratefully for this. Only for me to add stopovers, hotels and transfers before finalizing the booking. I have now recommended her to other friends.”
“Brilliant 2 hour guided trip out in a 2 seater. Fab guide who gave us a lot of detail about the coastline and the history of the area. Thoroughly recommended.”
“I recently booked their shuttle from Hamilton to Auckland Airport and had a truly outstanding experience. From the moment of booking to the final drop-off, everything was seamless and professional. The shuttle arrived right on time, and the vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable. All my luggage fit in easily, and still plenty of space left. The driver was very friendly and helpful. He drove safely, and I reached the airport with plenty of time before my flight. I felt relaxed the whole way. I have booked them again for my return trip as well, so that I don’t face any last minute trouble. Very easy to book and I got updates about my trip. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I am very happy with the service and I recommend it to anyone who needs a ride to and from the airport.”
“Excellent service from Sebastien and his team. Real experts providing a personalised experience.”
“We had the absolute best tour of Wellington with Suzee! In reflecting on our day, it’s hard to believe how much we packed in, yet how unhurried and peaceful the day felt. Suzee poured a lot of time, thought and preparation (including an introductory/planning call well ahead of our trip!) into our day - so the result was well paced, tailored-to-our-interests and thorough tour. We saw everything we had hoped to see and more in this beautiful city - and had a delicious lunch, coffee and ice cream stop (local food that was tailored to gluten free and vegetarian requests) along the way. Suzee opted to bring us to places that were the locals-known-only version of the typical touristy highlights, so we felt like we saw an even better version of what most visitors get to see. Complete with historically significant sights, mountain look-outs, flora and fauna spotting, trendy/cultural highlights and more, Suzee’s tour covered every beautiful facet of Wellington. Suzee was honest, kind, knowledgeable, comfortable and genuinely welcoming to her hometown. AND she got us back well ahead of sail away time! Your choice to spend a day with her will be an absolute highlight of your trip and you’ll be very glad to have chosen a tour with her over any other group/tour-ship operator. We cannot recommend her highly enough!”
“Richard was a dream to work with! Super easy to deal with right from the start and knew exactly what we were after. His travel experience showed as all the accommodation he booked was super central to all the hotspots. Will definitely be using Richard again”
“We recently returned from an incredible trip to Europe, all expertly planned by Shelley at House of Travel. Every detail — from flights and accommodation to sightseeing and transfers — was meticulously organised, ensuring our holiday went smoothly and stress-free. Shelley’s experience, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. We felt completely confident knowing everything was taken care of, and we couldn’t have asked for a better travel planner. Highly recommend Shelley for anyone wanting a seamless and memorable travel experience!”
“Thank you Greg for such a wonderful afternoon. You are such a great guide. Peter and I had a great time visiting 4 wineries and drinking very tasty wines. We met wonderful people from around the world. I always find such encounters interesting because the first few minutes are usually pretty formal with hellos, where are you from... and after having a few glasses of wine, we are like old friends having wonderful chats, laughing and we could not stop chatting. The glue to a wonderful tour is definitely Greg. You made us feel extremely relaxed, comfortable and the wineries were fantastic. In conclusion, if you are thinking about going for a wine tour... JUST GO ! Grape Escape is highly rrecommended. Peter & Hong (Malaysia) 3rd December 12pm”
“Pia organised an amazing adventure that took me to Bueno Aires, Antarctica and Iguazu Falls. The scenery was amazing, and I met fellow travellers who had similar interests to me. My highlights include tango dancing, scenery and wildlife on the Antarctic Peninsula, sailing into the Antarctic Circle and the boat ride through Iguazu Falls. I made friends with some of my fellow travellers, and we will keep in touch and swap stories when we go adventuring to other places.”
“Took advance of the September special. Easy to arrange and were super friendly, even suggesting we try the award winning pies across the road (as we arrived super early). Views were incredible and ride was smooth!”
