   Shelley was very efficient in her organisation of our trip, which was a Trafalgar bus tour in Scandinavia . We had some issues with the hotels that were used by Trafalgar ( predominately poor locations on the outskirts of the town) but that was outside of Shelley’s control . I would be happy to use the services of Shelley and her team again . They kept us well informed of all our pre- travel requirements .

House of Travel took care of details I hadn't thought of. My Intrepid Tour was well planned. All hotels and transport were modern and comfortable. Our tour guide was well informed and caring. She was always quick to respond to our questions, had great communication, was flexible to make changes to flights when we were worried about early morning fog potentially delaying our flight from Hawkes Bay to Auckland (we didn't want to miss our international flight). She often went the extra mile, helping us with korean visas, travel advice for flights etc. Highly recommend House of Travel and especially Steph!
