The Supervan Shuttle driver met me at the International Terminal of Auckland Airport. The driver was professional, pleasant and considerate. I have been using Supervan Shuttles for over 18 months now and found them to be friendly, nothing is too much trouble and they are very prompt and reliable. I needed to get to Auckland Airport in July the same day as there was death in the family and sure enough Supervan came on time and dropped me off on time so I could get my flight. I recently booked their shuttle from Hamilton to Auckland Airport and had a truly outstanding experience. From the moment of booking to the final drop-off, everything was seamless and professional. The shuttle arrived right on time, and the vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable. All my luggage fit in easily, and still plenty of space left. The driver was very friendly and helpful.He drove safely, and I reached the airport with plenty of time before my flight. I felt relaxed the whole way. I have booked them again for my return trip as well, so that I don’t face any last minute trouble. Very easy to book and I got updates about my trip. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I am very happy with the service and I recommend it to anyone who needs a ride to and from the airport.
I have recently used Supervan Shuttle to and from Auckland Airport (3 adults). No issues- pick up in Hamilton on time and met us at Auckland Airport for our flight, that was delayed by about 3 hours. Friendly door to door service. Highly recommend Supervan Shuttle.
We were 3 couples travelling from Hamilton to Auckland International Airport, so we ordered the shuttle to pick us up from three separate addresses in Hamilton, to arrive for a 9am departure. Made it in plenty of time, communication good.
They charge an extra 20$ for an extra bag each way. They provided a wrong number for a driver and I nearly missed the driver as a result when my flight was delayed. They also almost refused to pick me up from that disrupted flight after I had prepaid for the service and said they would not refund me if I didn’t use them but would offer a “credit” for less than I paid! Lastly, Josh is an excellent driver but their other driver speeds and I felt unsafe at times on a rainy night.
I would recommend your service to anyone as it was top class. Pickup 4.30am on time and had the pleasure of having a car instead of van with return journey, with great driver Bill who was great company. Thanks for the great service and cost for your fare was excellent. Ian Morgan
We were from Thailand visiting our Kiwi family in Hamilton. It was our 2nd time using Supervan. Appreciated the assistance to provide additional info for our decision, as well as the flexibility to rearrange our pick-up schedule. Also, the driver was super nice. We will use Supervan again for sure!
