   I emailed HOT when I got overwhelmed trying to organise our honeymoon. Jazmin was quick to reply with some great suggestions from her own personal and professional experience. The communication was amazing and she worked with us to help create the perfect itinerary, accomodation and destination for our beautiful honeymoon- Rarotonga. We had the best time and were able to turn up to the airport ready to go knowing everything was organised for us. We cant thank you enough for your help Jaz!! Highly recommend

   We just returned from a great Mediterranean cruise with Celebrity organised by Courtney at House of Travel, Tauranga Crossing. Courtney did a great job in securing us a brilliant Stateroom on Equinox with a huge deck and very well located. The cruise more than met our expectations. The flights/seats that Courtney sorted for us were perfect as well. It was very reassuring when Courtney dropped us a line towards the end of our trip to tell us that they were monitoring the typhoon that was heading towards our stop in Hong Kong. We felt cared for. Thank you Courtney.

   Using House of Travel (HOT) to organise our recent holiday removed the hassle and stress often associated with travel planning. Hayley, our travel consultant was excellent. She organised various flights (5), bus and train trips as well as a cruise, our accommodation and several day tours. Everything was handled in a very professional manner and I was very impressed with the prompt responses to questions or queries. Overall, our experience with HOT, and especially Hayley, was very positive and I would not hesitate to use them again for any future trips.

   We had the most amazing holiday in Samoa. Courtney took care of all our arrangements and we were given such helpful advise of what to do and go see on the Island, culture and distance/time. The resort - Return to Paradise was unbelievable, and it was the people working there that made it extra special. We had everything we needed. For me it was the crystal clear water (better than I expected) and most amazing snorkeling right on our doorstep. I will be back for sure!
