I contacted Jolene a few years ago because she was recommended by a friend, she assisted us then with a booking and made it so easy that we emailed to assist us with this trip. she is very helpful and easy to communicate with - we have never met all bookings completed via emails and a couple of phone calls. She always replies quickly and provided a few choices in flight classes and prices as requested which must make more work for her, so very gratefully for this. Only for me to add stopovers, hotels and transfers before finalizing the booking. I have now recommended her to other friends.
Have just returned from an awesome trip to South America. As per usual our lovely travel agent, Princess Roldan, from House of Travel High Street Lanes, gets a massive gold star 10/10 for her expertise, communication, friendliness and professionalism. Nothing was a problem for her and even though she is extremely busy, her response time is second to none. Our 5 weeks away went without even one hitch. Thank you so much a Princess and House of Travel. We will definitely be back for our next adventure.
Santo Island Was amazing. Stayed at Turtle Bay Lodge. Superbly located with everything you need for kayaking snorkeling and a padi dive school. Staff were amazing and friendly Only negative was no zircon in room and buffet breakfast was really only som fruit. Had to pay for eggs Otherwise great 4/5

I also trust their ability to roll with my changing requirements, mid-journey, that come at short notice and are sometimes complex. I am also comfortable knowing that they are accessible around the clock - trust me, I've tested them a few times. Lastly, I want to single out Princess Roldan - travel agent extraordinaire. She consistently demonstrated these qualities for me and my family. She will always be our go-to for crafting our future travel adventures.

We had the pleasure of working with Jolene who helped us organise our overseas family trip for December. We have found her very helpful. Sarah Crowe did an amazing job throughout the process of booking flights for my trip with my partner from NZ to Mexico and the UK. We approached her with a quote from a different travel agent, which we thought was very expensive, and she bet it by $2,000! Sarah was extremely responsive to our urgent request over email - she replied on a Sunday evening and we had secured our flights by Monday afternoon. Sarah had good knowledge about the logistics of different airlines and airports. It was also helpful that she gave us options we could choose between. Cannot recommend enough!
Torin has been wonderful to deal with. With him, I’ve planned a museum/history trip renting a Tesla and driving across California/Nevada/Arizona, flying into Washington DC, and a train to New York City. Then visiting a friend in London, a friend taking me all across Ireland, and a stop in Singapore on the way home. I had gotten the run around from another travel agent, with long periods waiting for them to reply, or send updates. I was sick of waiting, asking for updates….and then being subsequently forgotten about. House of Travel High Street Lanes came highly recommended, so I gave them a chance. I’m glad I did! Torin was glad to book an initial appointment. I since had two further face to face catch-ups, and all the way through he has stayed in touch by email. I feel Torin listened to my travel plans, and took my interests into account. Some of his hotel knowledge in particular has been fantastic. He has situated me near hidden gems that showed he’d really listened to my ideas and hobbies. One particular example, choosing New York City’s Moxy Hotel near Time Square. It is not only close to many places a NYC visitor would enjoy, but also very near the hotel where inventor Nikola Tesla passed away. It’s a historic spot for nerds like myself :-) Torin knows a lot about aviation history, and I feel he really “gets” both his industry, and what an overseas traveller is looking for. Thank you Torin, you’ve been a great mate helping with my dream holiday :-)
Princess helped us plan our trip to Hawaii and Maui. She nailed the accommodation brief and we ended up with fantastic accommodation in Waikiki with beach front views right in the heart of the beach. Wailea Resort on Maui was perfect with a range of relaxing options, beach walks, turtles near the shore, and an epic water slide. Princess also helped us with a number of Tours including Pearl Harbour and Snorkelling to Molokini Crater and Turtle Town. Both were fantastic and highly recommend. Our request for a Jeep Wrangler was also a bonus. The whole trip ran smoothly thanks for the incredible planning and organising by Princess. Thanks for an incredible holiday.
