   Magical glow worm experience An unforgettable glow worm tour near Auckland. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and the walk through the caves and forest was well organised and safe. Seeing the glow worms light up the darkness was absolutely magical and one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Auckland and looking for a unique nature experience.

   I joined the “Rotorua Cultural & Geothermal Experience” day trip and was genuinely impressed. Our guide Karthik was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and really made the day special with all the insights he shared. The tour itself is a perfect mix of culture and stunning geothermal attractions. You get a great introduction to Māori traditions while exploring some of Rotorua’s most beautiful geothermal sites. Everything was well organized, on time, and super smooth. An amazing trip that I can highly recommend! Thank you so much

   Highly recommend ExperienceKart and specifically our guide Karthik! Karthik was professional, extremely knowledgable and very generous creating a great day for us. While our destination was the Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa in Rotorua, about a 3 1/2 hour drive from our hotel in Auckland, Karthik made the trip fun and shared with us a wealth of information about history of and life in New Zealand. He possessed tremendous knowledge specifically about the Maori people, their culture and stewardship of this amazing land. He had selected great spots for breakfast and lunch, but also allowed for flexibility based on our groups tastes and needs. He was sensitive to specific demands of adult children, traveling with their very senior parents. The Mercedes Sprinter van we had was perfectly clean, very comfortable and he greeted us with a welcome gift upon boarding. Thank You Karthik! We can't wait to do it again.

   The views were so amazing. We took many photos! Our tour guide was professional and friendly. One of our group mates lost her scarf at one of the journey stops. Our tour guide traced and found it and returned it to her in time. That was a touching moment. This trip was terrific and highly recommended.

   We had such an amazing time touring Auckland in May! Karthik was an outstanding and highly knowledgeable tour guide who provided us with a personal, fun experience. He gave each passenger a little bag of snacks and water upon pick up and allowed us to navigate the day at our own pace. The coastal sites were stunning and the wineries were equally as beautiful with DELICIOUS food and wine. It was an overall pleasant experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with Karthik again!

   Choosing ExperienceKart for our three week trip to New Zealand was the best decision that could have been made. The places we toured and the things we experienced were varied, from learning about Māori culture to taking a mud bath in the geothermal area. Everything we visited was planned by ExperienceKart and our days were full of activities including enjoying art galleries, boating, visiting a wild bird colony of gannets on the cliffs, Hobbiton, sheep shearing, a behind the scenes Aquarium visit, wine tasting, chocolate tasting, beautiful scenery, and views from mountain tops. Our guide and driver, Karthik, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, a great driver, and a true gentleman, eager to share his beautiful country with us. I highly recommend Karthik and ExperienceKart to anyone wanting to visit fascinating New Zealand.

   This was a once in a lifetime adventure and I am so glad that we chose ExperienceKart as our guides. Vee and Karthik were both amazing to work with. Very quick to answer any questions we had. We had started out planning our trip with them, then had a sudden health crisis that almost cancelled our trip. Vee continued to check in on my daughters health, which was so very sweet. When we got cleared to continue with our trip, very last minute, Vee and Karthik helped make our trip dreams a reality and literally overnight set up our perfect day at Hobbiton for 31 people!
